The service was fast and efficient. Room was big enough. Booking was easy. The pool was a pleasant surprise. Views was amazing. It's close enough to Disneyland which was great. The biggest issue was waiting for a Didi to go to Disneyland on an unscheduled bus trip . The Breakfast wasn't very accommodating which could be improved but the experience was amazing and would recommend it to anyone.

Second time in this hotel. We liked it very much. The only thing is the break fast. Totally chinese.Which is super OK. They HAVE coffee. But we needed to pay for our coffee.

The place is super cute with English speaking staff who are very friendly and helpful, BUT there are a few things to be mindful of. 1. The hotel description states "Disney pick-up and drop-off"... Pick-up YES! Drop-off NO!! This needs to be edited in the description as I had to make my way back on my own. As a foreigner we rely on this type of shuttle service, especially if we're unfamiliar with the area. 2. The room I booked wreaked of something bad. I'm not sure if it was mold or if it was the sewerage but it stunk! 3. There is no free complimentary tea or coffee in the hotel room. When I enquired from reception if they could bring me a cup of coffee from the on site cafe area they said "no, I have to come to the cafe." Mind you, I would be paying for the cup of coffee to be brought to me.

Great hotel! The gardens were beautiful, there was a pool that was clean and inviting and our room was clean and comfy. The place is well looked after and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was Chinese style but we still enjoyed it very much. We planned to go to Disney land on our 2nd day and the hotel arranged drop off and pick-up from there. It was a little difficult to find but we just called the hotel and they explained the way to our cab driver. Our booking said river/garden view which we did not have but we still had an amazing stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is not far from Disney, so good if you are going out there. The amenities are nice, but need better maintenance. Breakfast is just ok. We had a good stay overall, though.

The hotel is too far from the city Centre. Staff speak some English and that was helpful. The rooms were clean but the outside was dirty especially the kitchen area. The breakfast was purely Chinese and had almost no options for us. We ended up skipping it altogether. On a positive note it’s close to Disney so if that is your attraction, then it’s a great location. There are also no restaurants around and depended on food ordering. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay.

Loved this hotel! Great location for Disneyland, no food options around however and the hotel does not do any food except breakfast. Breakfast was ok, very basic Chinese breakfast. Room was clean, had a kettle but no tea or coffee though! 😞 Pool was nice and clean but very small.

We stayed for one night with 8 people in 4 rooms to celebrate my birthday. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We checked in early to use the pool for the afternoon. The surrounding is very peaceful and quiet. In the evening we used the in house KTV which mostly had Chinese songs but it was still a lot of fun. The rooms were very modern and clean. Breakfast in the morning was basic Chinese but tasty. They even had coffee ☕️😃 I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful escape from the big city or for visiting Disneyland. We had a great time!

Hotel room was clean and nice. But the food area I didn't like so much, as in the evening full of cigarette smoke.

We had an amazing stay! Will come back again anytime we are going to Disney! Has a big group and they managed the check in really easily and well! Went over the too is making our stay wonderful!

Lovely room, simple breakfast but pool not accessible which was a disappointment .

The check-in effect was amazing. The service staff was very thoughtful. They called in advance on the day of check-in to inquire about the check-in time and sent the exact address. Because we were going to Disney the next day, they also thoughtfully pulled us into the shuttle bus group. The shuttle bus pick-up time would be announced in the morning and evening, which was very convenient. Including telling the most convenient and cost-effective route from the airport, which saved a lot of time. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic, beautiful, sweet and nice to speak. It was great to help with the luggage when we checked in. The room was also spacious without any odor. The facilities were fully prepared, and there was a balcony. If we wanted to watch the projection, the front desk also signed us up for his personal membership. Thank you very much. If we had any questions, the butler would reply in seconds, which was quite reliable. In the morning, I breathed in the breath of nature, including the dawn of the sun rising slightly. I felt full. The yard is also very spacious and the greening is in place. I came here just in time for the flowers to bloom and walked over. The faint fragrance of flowers was refreshing. I really wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and be fascinated by spring forever. The fragrance of flowers was heart-warming, and the wind was gentle. The fresh a**osphere can effectively relieve depression and relax yourself. There are many small animals in the yard, such as the elegant Hajimi, the little rabbit, the turtle, and the Luding chicken. I didn't expect it. Before returning from Disney at night, the housekeeper also asked thoughtfully if anyone had gotten on the bus. The driver was very enthusiastic when he heard it. When I came back, I just caught up with the rabbits running out of the rabbit garden, and helped catch the rabbits. 🐰I felt very involved and said I could catch more for a while😝 The lighting in the yard at night was super good, but I was tired after a day of playing and forgot to take pictures of the night view. The breakfast was also very rich and varied, and the nutrition was balanced and very good. I had a good chat with the staff. I look forward to staying next time. Summary: Superb service, superb hygiene, superb environment, superb facilities, great! 👍
