2.空調壞了 制熱慢 一天一宿過去了還是十幾度 凍**了
3.捲紙還收費 3塊一卷
4.屋頂漏水 水龍頭也是鬆動的
5.服務態度惡劣 投訴都不管用 滾刀肉
6.免費打印機也沒有

比較高科技的高性價比酒店，電動窗簾，機器人送外賣，旁邊有停車場，停車還是比較方便的。前台的服務也比較專業，床很大但是加床會比較困難，大床房適合一個人住。

酒店非常智能，環境也特別好，每次點的外賣都不需要我下去拿會有機器人送上來，最後非常感謝馬廣小哥哥，他幫我解決了一個大忙，而且服務態度特別好。為你點贊，下次還會入住的。

住的311朝向馬路去的時間是凌晨了，吵死了都睡不着覺，去的太晚也沒讓前台換房間，窗簾也不遮光，出熱水慢，房間衞生很差，有點假麗楓

設施：畢竟是品牌酒店設施維護的不錯，床厚實柔軟睡着很舒服。特別提一下洗澡時還會放音樂🎶😍
衞生：衞生條件乾淨，進房間一股芳香撲鼻而來，沒有異味。
環境：酒店處在相對熱鬧的區域，樓下有宵夜燒烤店，網紅打卡可以來。
服務：前台小妹服務很熱情，主動幫我升級房間，畢竟我是我鑽石會員😀，總之我認為服務還是很不錯的。

選擇麗楓是因為第一是會員，第二是長期入住天津的麗楓感覺還可以，沒想到這次顛覆了我的想像，入住沒有做完衞生，等了一會通知上去的時候大姐剛出來，和我説做好了，我一進去就看地上一團紙，我好心撿起來，發現地上全是渣子，因為有小孩子，我要求吸下地，她就很不樂意了，然後發現房間地毯上全是醬油湯，鏡子都是水銀脱落的，沙發是破的，被罩能清晰的透出被子上的一大塊血，孩子躺在被子裏，我才發現被罩內側和床單了間全是黑色絨毛，我和清潔大姐説那個要換下，她一直做別的不理我，我就説我是做酒店管理的，我可以自己換，她很不高興的給了我一套新的，我自己換上的時候發現床墊上，褥子上至少幾十根頭髮，特別噁心，緊接着就是抽屜裏上一個客人的鼻涕紙，要不是帶孩子折騰麻煩，真的當時就退房了，更讓人生氣的是第二天我想和她説下別換我床上東西，結果直接給我來句今天不歸我，別和我説，要不是素質不允許，我都想罵街，這酒店除了利用了麗楓的名氣，啥也不是，千萬別住
