這是一個黑店。會敲詐客人的錢。我來住之前打了三個電話，他説他這裏非常好停車，但是我來了的時候，這裏很不好停車，旁邊是個飯店，他把一個破電動車擋在那裡，當時我老公也沒注意，確實是有撞倒了，但是他敲詐了我700塊錢。如果這個電動車是新電動車，他説這個電動車9000塊錢一部，如果這麼好的電動車哪裡一撞就會破的。下面有視頻。並且我老公在這裏的時候沒有説，我是6:30就入住了，但是他到晚上10:00左右，見我老公沒有回來，他才來敲我的門，他是看我一個女人就好欺負了。並且要求我下去看，我説明天看，不同意，非要我給他700塊錢作為定金，並且把我的房門打開了要求我轉給他了，第2天我去看車的時候，他説要我把他整個車都換掉，我説小車都要沒有這麼貴。我説倘若別人撞破了你一點，手上撞破了一點皮，你不是要把整個手都換了嗎。這是做不到的事情，你明擺這是敲詐。第2點房間有味道，特別把空調一開，就又騷又臭，嚇得我空調都不敢開。外面裏面都是爛的。床頭全部是這種發了黴的
