Located in a traditional Shanghai longtang neighborhood, the hotel is accessed by either of 2 lanes off of the main roads. The manager and the staff all provided top service, and assisted me with any questions or issues that I might have. The attendant or fuyuan was very attentive with cleaning and the stocking of supplies. Small room, but with everything that you would need; TV, desk, wifi, of course bed, and so forth. Location is only maybe 8 minutes from the Bund and 5 minutes from Shanghai Grandmother's restaurant. Small market store over on Guandong Rd. Price was very reasonable, and overall it was a very positive experience. I plan to stay again, in the future !!

The service was okay. But the location is not really easily accessible for the people who have big luggages. Also during the night no street lights or even light going to the Inn. Hopefully they can provide an easier or shortcut way to the Inn for the future travellers.

In the centre of tourism region and has lots of local and cheap restaurants nearby, super convenient. The rooms are quite new and clean looking, no bad smell. Very good!

A very calm and pleasant hotel with good rooms and facilities. Also Laundry service and baggage help after our stay before leaving for the airport. The location is a bit sketchy when coming in the dark but in daylight it is an authentic atmosphere up the street. Nice small grocery store nearby and not far from the bund and metro.

The location in Shanghai city is good and very close to The Bund. But the alleyway looked extremely dirty and my fiancée was very worried. Entering the hotel, it looked a bit better. The rooms was not bad either. The mattress, like most places in China, was very hard.

Location : the hotel is hiding inside residential area, it’s quite hard to find it. It’s away from the metro station at least 15minutes. It’s not really friendly to those who carrying big luggage. By the way, it’s only 10 minutes access to The Bulk. The famous Dahuchun also can be reach by walking distance.
Service : we’re arrange to stay at the ground floor, overall is great and easy to access to the laundry room. The sound insulation also great. Sadly that the air from hair dryer is cool air but not hot air, it caused taking more longer time to dry the hair.

I never experienced such of hotel that I stay in Shanghai. I wondering why trip.com can approval and allowed guests booking the hotel.
1. Locations the road so narrow and darkness need walking to hotel as no car are can entering to the lobby. Very terrible and horrible place. Not recommended form this place in additional do you have mosquito.
2. Hotel very smelly cigarettes and room small
3. Very poor quality
4. We have book 3 night for this hotel and after long conversations hotel staff are allowed us to cancel the another 2 days.
