The room is very clean. I went out with my family's elderly. It is very convenient to go to the Bund. You can see the beautiful night view from the room. I didn't take a picture of the room, so I posted a picture of the stall outside.

The room is clean and tidy. A cleaning lady comes to clean every day. She pays attention to details and usually waits until the housekeeper confirms that we are out before cleaning. It is a very humane service. The only drawback is that the homestay is in a building. The property management in the building is relatively not so rigorous and pragmatic. There are some residents' sundries piled up in the corridor. In case of a fire, it will be troublesome. I hope that the property management of the building will be improved next time I stay here.

One of the updated 4-person rooms has a large space and an attached dining table, where you can comfortably enjoy eating out, which is very nice.

The room is spacious and bright. It can accommodate 3 people no problem. You can see the Oriental Pearl Tower outside the window.

The hygiene is not very clean. It is better than the location near the Bund. There is only a convenience store downstairs and nothing else. (I may go back to my hometown during the Spring Festival.) The bathroom floor is super slippery. Parents with children taking a bath must pay attention to the special tiles. I couldn’t figure out what the hole was for (I couldn’t find the rubber slippers). The child was afraid and used a cushion to cover the duplex steps in Picture 1. I didn’t know that the cleaning staff would clean them only once every few days😅. The WiFi in the room sometimes had no signal. If it’s not good, then forget it except for the position.

The service is very good and considerate! I chose this apartment because it had high reviews because we are a family of four and they thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room for free. The most important thing is that it is clean and hygienic! The air-conditioning and heating in the room are super warm! It is really a great value to stay at this price! I will stay here again next time I have a chance to visit Shanghai.
