Shanghai Lujiazui Financial Center Qingju Hotel Reviews

The hotel is quite new as staff told me they only opened last sep/oct. But I found it not too well maintained and looks like it’s already over a year old. Sound proofing is quite good in Atour hotels unlike those of Ji Hotel where I stayed in when in Chongqing. I also stayed in Atour new brand Qingju when in CQ. The room there is bigger and has smart system where voice activated lights and music are introduced. Staff here is friendlier and more helpful than those in CQ. I signed up for the gold membership but the price of the next two nights seemed to be same as with silver membership. There are just some minor perks added and was told I had been upgraded. Not sure what kind of extra benefits coz I don’t even see a fridge in the room. Cleanliness wise there are some room for improvement. Hotel is not as near to the airport as I had expected. It took some ¥140+ by taxi from airport although the taxi driver had gone on a wrong lane ending up taking a little longer route. Generally though you shouldn’t have to pay for more than that. If I may suggest that the rooms been added with a hook for hand towel. 2 laundry machines may not be sufficient when the hotel is fully booked. I like that Atour hotels provide antiseptic wet tissues in all their hotels. This is something the foreign chain hotels can improve on, esp those from Marriott. Rooms on Trip.com are generally more expensive than Agoda and despite me being on the diamond rank. Also, trip requires one to prepay. I tried buying flight tickets on trip and despite the flights being listed in Feb on my last trip in Hokkaido, my credit card was charged 3x with yen and even though they refunded the currency charged in yen, there is a huge loss due to exchange losses despite nothing was purchased!!! The currency exchange loss is not something I have to suffer when the site listed the flights but couldn’t issue any yet took the money out of the credit card.

Hotel was new and clean, friendly staff and convenient location.

The decoration materials of the whole room are not satisfactory, only the curtains and mattresses are really good. The materials used for the decoration of the whole space are too low-grade. The bathroom is too cramped. The reception staff and cleaners are very good. Warm smiles and try their best to do a good job. It's really not easy. Although the breakfast is simple, it is all done with care. The croissants are of good quality and the scallion noodles are also very good.

Modern and simple decoration, the room is not big but very clean and tidy, with all the necessary supplies, especially the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the subway entrance and bus station, and it is convenient for travel.

The environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, the service is in place, the robot Xiaoyou is available at any time, the pillow is very comfortable to sleep on, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, they also poured tea when checking in, and sent water when checking out. The room is very quiet and the breakfast is delicious. There are many books in the lobby that recommend staying!

Although the location is at Lancun Road Station, it is not far from the subway station, and there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The hotel is very clean and tidy. 2 packs of disinfectant wipes are thoughtfully provided next to the toilet. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Comfortable, there are two choices of pillows, memory foam pillows and ordinary pillows. However, their ordinary pillows are relatively thick and hard compared to the soft and flat pillows in other hotels. Of course, the most comfortable ones are their memory foam pillows, which are soft and hard in thickness. just! The hotel staff are very polite. They always say hello every time they pass by, including the cleaning ladies. Especially the guy who helped us check out was very attentive and polite. After staying for two days, I may have thrown too many paper towels into the toilet and blocked it. As soon as we told the guy at the front desk, he immediately helped arrange for the aunts to take care of it. The aunts quickly came into the room to help us take care of it. They kept smiling throughout the whole process and told us that they were sorry for disturbing us. I really felt very sorry for bothering them! Breakfast is also very good and has more choices!

Highly recommended. Especially for friends who want to go to the Shanghai Museum East Pavilion, it is two bus stops away, very convenient, and there are many snack bars around. The transportation is convenient and the room is clean and tidy. The soundproofing is good, so you rarely need earplugs when staying in a hotel, but I still slept soundly without wearing them when staying at Qingju. The bedding is moderately soft and hard, and the pillows are comfortable. Affordable. The front desk service training is in place and considerate. Excellent performance among hotels in this price range.

It's very good. Although there is no bathtub, the service is very considerate. There are enough mineral water pipes. The breakfast is very good. I stayed for two days and the breakfast is different every day. I forgot to bring makeup remover. There is no problem at all. There are makeup remover towels and cleansing towels at the front desk. The bed is also Comfortable! Across the main road is the Hilton, which is convenient for meetings. Across the small road is the Lao Won Stew Shop, which sells a small portion for a large bowl for 10 yuan. It's a two-minute ride from the subway entrance and a five-minute ride from the Shanghai Bodong Hall. It's nice.

The room is clean and bright, and the new generation decoration is very comfortable. However, the price is a bit higher during the exhibition, but I am very satisfied with it in other aspects!
