The room was quite nice, the quilt was very comfortable, the front desk clerk was very considerate, and even gave me a fruit platter and good night milk at 21 o'clock. The nearby environment is good, and the airport pick-up is also very convenient.

Sorry for the poor check-in experience this time. The actual environment is much worse than the picture, and the surrounding area is also inconvenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to eat places, and there are not many choices. In the rush, I thought I had lost someone's ID and told the staff what to do. At that time, they just said I had to go to the police station, but later I found out it was at the front desk. Although it was a false alarm, the overall experience was not very good. But I was thankful that I could cancel the room I booked for a few nights and change to another hotel the next day. Check-in at that time was also relatively slow and took a long time. But overall, I am grateful that this trip helped us to pay attention to the suitable hotel in the future, and later we chose hotels in other stores of the same brand. Thanks

The soundproofing of the room was particularly poor, and there would be a wedding in the hall. I was forced to listen to the groom's message for an afternoon. In the morning, the cleaning aunt spoke loudly in the corridor. The concierge was not soundproof at all. The homely home could hear it clearly. There is no place to eat around, and the environment is a bit biased. Unless you come to the green space exam, it is really not recommended.

The plane landed at one o'clock in the morning, so don't check in until 2 o'clock. The customer service brother not only responded quickly during the contact process, but also upgraded the room for free when checking in, and carefully helped check the high-speed rail information of the journey afterward; The driver of the drop-off was kind. After he arrived at the airport, he took the initiative to take us to the subway entrance. He said that he just happened to be on the way. We can save the airport security check and walk to the subway time. I am very touched. Special thanks to the customer service brother and the drop-off brother! Just for your service, I will still choose your hotel next time I pass by Shanghai!

When I called to ask, the front desk specially emphasized the word ”hotel”, so I was in accordance with the hotel standard. As a ”hotel”, in addition to the room space and air-conditioning facilities up to standard, the decoration is more particular than the average hotel, and there is no difference between other aspects and ordinary hotels within 100. The location is remote, except for a small shop, there is nothing. No breakfast is provided. The interior of the room just went in and felt very good, but in terms of details, look at the slippers on the picture, after wet, the discomfort of paper sticking to the feet, picture one is the scene after ten minutes of bathing, the drainage system is basically a display (may be a measure to avoid tourists' water consumption), Originally intended to wash my hair, but the water was abandoned when I reached the back of my instep. The shower gel shampoo was universal, and it was a can anyway. There is no comb, there is no bathrobe in the cabinet, the toothbrush is registered at the front desk, one person, the only advantage is the air conditioning equipment. Maybe I'll change the name to the hotel.
