I have been a Ctrip Platinum customer for more than 10 years, and I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. I first stayed on the sixth floor. There was an extra door in the room, saying it was connected to other rooms. For safety reasons, I paid extra to move to room 904 on the ninth floor. When I lay down, I heard the sound of running water in the room. I went to the bathroom several times to check the source of the sound. The strange thing was that when I entered the bathroom, there was no sound of running water, but when I came out, it was still gurgling, like a horror movie. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I reported the sound of running water to the front desk clerk at 11:30 in the middle of the night for help. I don't know where the clerk got his superiority from, and his attitude was stiff and bad. Whether in life or when I go out, I have never seen a front desk with such a bad attitude.

I went home for the Spring Festival. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable. Maybe it has been open for a long time, and the facilities are a bit old. It is time to consider upgrading.

This was a pretty bad travel experience. When checking in, I asked the front desk clerk if they could give me a higher floor. The waiter said it was on the fifth floor. A person next to me said that the fifth floor was already very high. She said this, and I guessed that this room would be very bad. I didn't say anything at the time. I stay in this hotel every year, but the experience is still disappointing. It's not as good as every year. When I opened the door, I was greeted by a musty, sour smell. I laid out my own sheets and checked the quilt but found the dark stains in the picture. In desperation, I called room service and asked for a change of quilt. The waiter brought a new bed. The quilt said it was taken out from the warehouse. I explained that I could bring the sheets myself, but I had no choice but to ask for the quilt to be changed! I stayed in this musty room for two days. Looking at the increasingly dilapidated decoration of the room, I really don’t know where to stay next time. Because there are only a handful of hotels in Shan County.

The room is very big, and the price/performance ratio is quite good in the county area. It is one of the best hotels in Shanxian. I didn't have time to eat breakfast. I will try it next time. Recommended to stay.
