We booked it last minute as we decided to travel a day earlier to Seville and just needed a place to crash for a few hours till our hotel was ready next day. It was a great place for the price we paid and the fact it is only one star but felt like a 3 star. I am a busy and frequent business traveler as well so my review compares this place against some very expensive and 3-5 stars global hotels. Pros: A few minutes walk to the bus station in a safe area and it is a historic neighborhood and I felt like I was walking in history. It is an old building turned into B&B. Great facade and architectural details when we walked in. It was very late but we were treated with utmost respect even at that Late hour. Room was small but has some interesting features like large glass doors covering the balcony that one could not walk out to as it is an old structure and had an ac unit sitting. But it was indeed beautiful and it was almost like a kissing balcony. The double door to the room look antique with old brass lock on top and bottom making me feel very safe once locked. Real keys to open the door and basic furniture. They had provided an iron which is very unusual to find in EU let alone at a one star. Thanks. Clean bathroom. Great neighborhood with many coffee shops and stores nearby. Also there is Turkish or Moroccan restaurant next door. I wish I had time to explore the neighborhood or had booked this place for the entire trip. Great AC. Cons. It is basic but then they advertised as one star and very cheap. No breakfast included even though it is B&B. You can buy it very cheap. My husband wasn’t comfortable with the bed but I slept deep. He felt the pillow was very hard and since there was only one large and long body size pillow, it was uncomfortable since he couldn’t move it without disturbing me. No coffee or water in the room. I was a bit unsure about how clean the bed spread was.

An exceptional boutique hotel! Beautifully decorated and furnished. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff. In a perfect position to explore Seville on foot! Nice breakfast of juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, choice of hot cooked food and a small bakery selection. Room well equipped with a proper hair dryer, well stocked mini bar, safe, toiletries and lovely cotton linens and towels. No robe or slippers though. Mattress a bit too firm for me but not a problem really. Easy to find and an underground car park is easy to navigate and only about 3 or 4 minutes walk away (we paid €60 for 3 days which is reasonable I think?) Would highly recommend and one of our ‘children’ has already booked for July!

I would firstly lkke to thank the gentleman on reception on new years eve who despite there being no kitchen open and with many restauents closed due to new years eve prepared us some hot food. The was really appreciated and most kind. So a huge thank you. We stayed in room 205 and on arrival we were a little disappointed with room which was due for an upgarde. The othe rooms lookex like they had been redecorated andd had new flooring. We pointed out the mold around the bath and the ceiling tiles which looked rather ropey. Both were attended to within the day. We were also offered an alternative room. This is a good location for exploring the old town of Seville with a very good tapas bar at thend of the street opposite the art gallery. Due to way Seville is with narrow cobbled streets despite double glazing it was quite a noisy location. This was especially they when people with trolley cases and cars went by. Something to consider if a light sleeper.

I wrote my very first review on TA as I had found a great little hotel in Spain and knew that, had I had the choice, I would never have dreamt of choosing a one star hotel. We English speakers just feel it's either going to be a filthy hovel or a place renting all the other rooms by the hour. But the Spanish star system takes into account if there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, a pool, a full service restaurant etc. So a great little hotel can get just one star. This hotel has none of the aforementioned by the way. But it is well located, good value for money, staffed by friendly people, serves breakfast and has a clean white modern theme throughout. It's not the Ritz, but it is a great place for people on a budget. I could only find one negative: the bedspreads looked a little shabby, they could probably do with a good dry clean. But they are just decorative, the sheets and blankets underneath are spotless.

The room is slightly smaller. It takes ten minutes to get off by bus. It is surrounded by small alleys. It is not bad to stay here. Seville is suitable for two days, it is cheap to eat, and the bullfighting and flamenco are appreciated. It’s more perfect

Best place we stayed at in Spain. Check in information sent to email on the day itself, you'll have to check in at the adjacent Honest Hotel San Pedro. Lovely staff who offered coffee, sat us down and gave recommendations around the area. She could also be reached via Whatsapp if you have any questions. Beautiful place, clean and tasteful rooms with coffee machine, fully-equipped kitchen, large fridge, and microwave. Walking distance to everything. Just watch out for the gypsy scammers surrounding cathedrals in the morning.

Breakfast is 5.5 euros, buffet style, pretty good. There is a kitchen, a laundry room, and clothes can be hung on the roof. Actually, it is basically the same as the photo, the facilities are perfect, and the style is very simple. Front desk information was great. Although set up for 10 people, there are separate bathrooms with several sinks, two bathrooms and two showers. Outside there is a balcony and lounge chairs. The third floor is the rooftop, which is very comfortable, you can read a book and rest and watch the scenery. Close to various attractions, basically walking.
