This is our fourth visit… we love the Mercer Sevilla. This was apparently a wealthy family’s property in the old city and has been so incredibly well redesigned into a small luxury hotel… perhaps 12 or 14 rooms with massively high ceilings, transitional design, and the best of interior fittings. The rooms are on two floors while the third floor boasts a small rooftop pool which is perfect to combat summer heat from May to Sept. The staff are world class and very helpful when needed, but otherwise discreet. Mattresses are top quality. Location is perfect to explore the old city. Can’t say enough good things about this location. And while far from cheap, the value equation is excellent. I can’t think of a better base in Sevilla!

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

The biggest surprise hotel along the way! The hotel is in the core scenic area, very clean, with a sense of design, the room has a surf bathtub and a waterfall shower. Everything else was ok, breakfast was simple. But what to say is: the friends who drive must pay attention! The so-called parking is not parking at the hotel, but parking to a parking garage that is 10 minutes away from the hotel and walks about 1 km away. And you still have to pay for it, as long as you spend 19 euros overnight. Nothing about this hotel! In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost. We spent a lot of energy to find the hotel for half an hour, but was told to go to the parking garage again, very frustrating. For the first time here, friends who are unfamiliar with the situation should pay attention.

In the old town, the location is good, it's a bit hard to find when you go, the cathedral is less than 3 minutes away. The hotel is well decorated and the facilities are very useful. It turned out to be a twin room on the first floor. The shower room was a bit leaky. The room was changed the next day and a sincere apology was expressed. We are very satisfied with this. Breakfast variety and environment are very satisfactory.

This is a great little hotel in the centre of Seville. Very close to the cathedral so you have a land mark to find if you are out walking about as we did. Very Clean and helpful friendly staff. They provide free water, juice and soft drinks in reception. Which is a life saver if it's warm. They also have a coffee machine and some snacks, also free. Relatively quiet, considering you're in the city centre. The rooms are basic, the shower in our room was badly designed and tended to flood the floor. But wasn't a big issue once we realised what was happening. Has a lift and an outside area on the roof if you wish to sit outside. The AC is very good. T.V is not great if thats important to you. We got a taxi from the Airport which was €33, They dropped us at the end of small street in which the hotel is located and we walked up to it. Its about a min walk. Reception booked a taxi for us on our return to the airport, and the taxi guy called reception to say he was there and we walked down and met him. If you are traveling at night time the taxi guy will meet you at the door of the Hotel as reception close's at 1am There are bars, shops and restaurants and big plazas within one min walk from the hotel. Really liked this little hotel, hope to return again.

The location is good, right next to the cathedral. Breakfast is not included and parking nearby is not very convenient.
