The hotel is centrally placed for exploring Sevilla but because it is located in a relatively small building it struggles to provide all the services associated with a five star hotel. As a consequence I would say it rates only as a four star hotel. Having said that the staff were excellent and very professional, the rooms were spotless if a little small and the food was five star. The gym is small with just one treadmill, one exercise bike , one cross trainer and some free weights . To use the gym you had to book a time as only two or three people could be in the gym at any one time. The rooftop pool was small and only suitable for a cooling dip and not a swim. The hotel has been well fitted out but because of its location the designers have had to squeeze a lot into a relatively small building.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

It's very convenient to get to various attractions. However, Ctrip's website shows 21-26 square meters, but it is actually as small as 15 square meters at most. You don't need to choose this hotel in the future. It was more than 1,400 when I ordered it, which was not cost-effective.

Very good hotel; calm and very pleasant environment. To highlight the decoration, comfort, cleanliness and of course! customer service. Good insulation of the rooms. Full breakfast and taking care of every detail. The people who work there (both Álvaro in Reception, as well as the ladies in the breakfast room,...), do their job in an excellent way and it is perceived at all times that they want to give customers the best care for their well-being. The hostel is really central, and in the piazza in front of it there are 2 bus stops from where we took the bus to the airport (you have to take the 32 and then stop on another bus stop for the Airport bus). It was super clean, the bed were comfy, and you have ample storage space under the bed, which can be locked using a padlock. (we didn't had a padlock, and we had not issues). If you're staying here, you can also go to the other Oasis hostel, which is not far from this one. The other has more of a social feeling. This one is more of a quite hostel. It offers free walking tours, which we found it very interesting. The bar on the roof wasn't open when we went up. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't managed to use the coffee machine) One has to download an app to open the main and room doors, which is super convenient. If one is looking for a more social interaction hostel, I suggest you go to the Oasis Palace Hostel. On the other hand, if one is looking for a hostel which is more quite, and very central, this is a very good option.

Nice hotel in superb location. Good for seeing all you want to on foot. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet for a city hotel. Rooftop pool an added bonus with lovely views. Certainly not the cheapest but if you like a good standard and modern then this could be for you. Excellent service from Laura on reception. We had Room 123, had a lovely private courtyard - no views but very pleasant to sit in for a bit of peace in between sightseeing and dinner! Breakfast included which we don’t normally bother with in an hotel, but it set us up fantastically for the day. All in all - nice!

The room layout is reasonable and the location is excellent. The hotel is in an old building. The facilities are indeed very advanced. The bedding is comfortable and the sofa bed is moderately soft and hard. The receptionist on the day shift was particularly enthusiastic and recommended popular attractions and restaurants. It was past six o'clock on the day of check-in, and there was no one on duty, so I didn't receive the access code email. Fortunately, I called the local escort and found the girl on duty before I could get in.

We stayed in a standard studio for 5 nights. The apartment was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A lovely touch was having oranges and pastries supplied for breakfast for the first morning. The styling is contemporary with some original features such as exposed brickwork. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The pool area on the food is lovely for relaxing and has great views. I would 100% recommended the apartment anyone visiting Seville. It’s location is great for visiting the main attractions Seville has to offer and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for a great stay.

I stopped by Seville on the way to Malaga for 2 nights and stayed at this hotel - and I’m so glad I did. Everything was great - location was perfect, tons of restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 min walk and very central. Rooms were clean and a very good size Shower was fantastic - the shower pressure was amazing Service was great - staff was extremely responsive via WhatsApp at any time of day, extremely friendly and helpful They don’t have any of the extra amenities (like a breakfast room or gym) but honestly for the price and location I didn’t mind at all. I think their sister location (less than 2 min walk away) has breakfast that they can offer but there’s so many great bakeries and restaurants right next door that I preferred eating out anyways. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent location! Very clean, beautiful, comfortable, organized and well equipped apartment. All new! I loved! I recommend very much! The pool is small, but the children have cut. I stayed 2 nights in this building, typical andalous building on 3 floors with the central patio and rooms on the sides. I had a bed in a 3-site room on the ground floor, very comfortable bed, good size of the room, with a box with 3 appliances and 2 boxes, LCD TV and air conditioning, A multiple 5-card carrier is provided for electronic devices. Breakfast is ”industrial” but satisfactory, you will find marbled, butter, cheese and pig, a little fruit of the mini muffins and bread for toasts. Open reception h24, 4-chair room at the entrance, breakfast room with microwave Useable all day, there is water, tea and coffee free from 7 to 24. Very good location 3 minutes walk from Setas de Sevilla and 5 minutes from the Cathedral. only sin the room was not soundproofed and the bathroom was only one for all the ground floor.
