Hotel muito agradável, quarto bem decorado, com varanda com vista para a Lagoa Paulino. Funcionários atenciosos e área da piscina muito bem aproveitada, com vista para a lagoa / cidade e borda infinita, além de térmica. Só ficamos chateados pelo fato da piscina estar fechada na segunda-feira, o ideal é que fosse fechada para manutenção no meio da semana, para não prejudicar quem resolve prorrogar o fim de semana. Café da manhã razoável.

Como ponto de melhoria seria uma internet mais veloz e instável e ponto de energia mais acessível na bancada de trabalho dos apartamentos.

The reception and my experience with the comfort of the hotel was wonderful, all well educated and an exceptional breakfast! The academy was found parfumed as I had never seen and everything I needed for additional use was able to be proactively and excellently taken care!
