Even allowing for the fact that this place doesn't market itself as 5 stars it is grossly overrated here. The place is old, literally falling apart (parts of the ceiling plaster in the corridor on our floor have collapsed and not repaired). The bathroom is very old and ugly. The furniture is all beat up and the rooms could really use some paint. This is a mediocre property at best.

Bom atendimento da recepção. Tive problemas com o Wi-Fi no quarto que estava e a recepção atendeu bem e mudaram meu quarto. A TV a cabo não funciona, pois é via Wi-Fi. Fui informada que há um problema crônico com a Internet em Serra Negra, ou seja, prejudicou o item TV a cabo no quarto.

Excelente localizacao bem próximo a Fontana Dia Trevi, cantinas, chocolateria e Rua principal de compras. Funcionários sempre prestativos e nos auxiliaram em tudo. Desde nosso Check in, orientacoes sobre as atrações turísticas e compras, até nosso Check out. Hotel com excelentes acomodacoes, pagamos 01 quarto p/ piscina e outro em frente a Rua do Comércio principal. Excelente experiencia com a Família!!! Agradecemos a todos os funcionários, parabéns pela equipe!!!

O hotel é antigo porém os banheiros dos quartos foram reformados. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. O hotel necessita de uma modernização pois os pisos de taco estão em mal estado. Porém a localização é ótima. O restaurante do hotel precisa mudar a logística pois o buffet é pequeno o que gera uma grande fila com itens precisando ser repostos o tempo todo. No geral é um bom custo benefício.

Localização excelente, café da manhã ótimo. Quarto e banheiros grandes. Hotel antigo mas todo reformado. Atendentes e garçons muito simpáticos. Almoçamos e jantamos alguns dias. Comida boa, buffet, então algumas vezes bom outras razoável.

Hotel perfeito! Localização excelente, fica perto dos pontos principais da cidade e da pra fazer tudo a pé. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e comidas bem variáveis. O quarto é bem agradável e a limpeza é nota 10. Todos os funcionários são bem educados. Tem estacionamento o que é muito bom pois não é fácil estacionar por perto. Super indico!!!

Recentemente fizemos uma viagem em família muito agradável. O quarto é simples mas atende super bem. A localização é excelente. A comida do restaurante é maravilhosa e cheia de variedade (pegamos a opção de pensão completa). O atendimento é um show a parte, fomos desde o começo muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários (Sr. Augusto e Sr. Willian na portaria), recepcionistas muito solícitos e educados. O pessoal do restaurante foi fantástico, todos muito bons mas o garçom "Uai" é um poço de carisma e educação. Parabéns a todos e em breve voltaremos! 😉🙏🏽
