Conrad Seoul is located in the Yeouido area near the Han River and IFC Mall. It was a luxurious stay and the service was generally pleasant, with above average lounge offerings. The biggest disappointment was that they don’t give out Conrad bears and ducks and instead sell them at the gift shop, which comes across as a little stingy.

Amazing hotel service was excellent the buffet breakfast was extraordinary they even have abalone, it feels like a luxury hotel except the entrance to the mall was a bit strange u have to push a few doors go out side and go back in, and also i think this is a rather new hotel or the uber location is something wrong they always drop us off a block away until we got an address card from the concierge

We have a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It is fully equipped with what we need including a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. It is very convenient with a 7 eleven located inside the building, a bus station at the back of the hotel and a nearby subway (8-10 mins walk). The front desk staffs at this hotel are very nice and they are very helpful. The Soo spa and sauna are great to visit and a nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi to help us to wind down after all the walking in the beautiful city of Seoul. I would like thank all the front desk staffs such as Amy, Renee, Hairi, Rachel and their male colleagues for helping us to arrange our transport to incheon; arrange wonderful breakfast box when we departed early for our local tour; keeping safe of our luggage while we took a local tour during our stay in december. We are very fortunate to have all of you who are able to communicate well in English to help tourist like us who do not speak Korean. Definitely looking forward to return to this apartment in the future.

I was at this hotel for a 2 night stay in May 2023 for a work conference (which was also at the hotel). The room was fantastic - spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, nice bedding, large room and bathroom, cool bathtub, and all the amenities you’ll need. Room service food was great, and I appreciated free bottles of water in the room daily. The hotel isn’t in the thick of things from what I could tell, but it’s easy to get around Seoul, which is a fantastic city. The view over the river could not be beat. Overall I’d definitely recommend this high class hotel.

The hotel is not bad, with a 4-star standard. I booked a family room. It is very convenient for a family of three to check in. The room is very good. I was check in this hotel about 3:50 pm on Saturday (01/06/2024) in that time it not many people and good Service And then on 11;00 am of (01/07/2024) I was check out and keep my bag in this hotel ! Because booking a train on 4:45 pm And I come back to hotel for pick up my bag on 3:50 pm and it so many people for waiting line for check in and check out but have a receptionist only 3 person in that time and very slowly working ! I waited for my bag from 3:50 pm until 4:30 pm and then I go to asking a receptionist that can you give my bag first because I’m booking a train on 4:45 pm ! And a receptionist it was mad to me and talking to me very bad in that time ! And that receptionist asking for my bag Tack and tell me to finding my bag by myself! And she not saying sorry or apologize to me ! I was first time for this hotel and I will not booking or recommend for another people to booking this hotel ! I have very bad feeling for this hotel !

Location is 5/5 if you are driving/renting a car as its right next to the expressway, but not to worry the metro station was only ~5 minutes away from the hotel, 2 stops away from hongdae too! Service is 5/5 too, valet parking, welcoming, friendliness and politeness. Cleanliness is so-so as the room was quite dusty (lamps, wall edges, corner of the rooms) but it could be due to the industrial style design of the hotel. Amenities was ok too as they provide free parking, bath tub and hot toilet bowl but hotel was too cold as it does not have a room heater (maybe we did not know how to turn it on) so throughout the night we were freezing as it was 0 degree outside. The vibe of the hotel/room was a bit too dim to my liking as I could not see well in the dark, but it was a happy and comfortable stay! The bed and pillow are so soft!

1. Location: Located right in front of Gongdeok Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5, Line 6, AREX and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line) which links to Incheon International Airport. Very convenient, but the station is big and a bit complicated. 2. Amenities: Cafe and restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel itself has a seven eleven. Nearby hotel has a Olive young too. 3. Room is cleaned daily. Provided additional lighting as per request.smooth checkin and checkout. 4a. Room has 3 Pin plugs but the one at desk is badly position. Better to get additional adapter plug to increase the height so that u can use it smoothly. 4b. Surprisingly, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash n lotion are provided. But no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. 4c. There is a small step to trap the water from flowing out of bathtub to other part of the bathroom. 4d. Slipper is provided, but its very flat, no cushioning. Better to bring your own. Overall, the stay is good. Room (deluxe twin) is big, can put 2 big size luggage and still have a 2 seater sofa.

It was better because it was an optimized location for travel to Seoul and had convenient public transportation and parking facilities. This is a hotel I often use when visiting the National Assembly in Yeouido. The facilities are disappointing, but the service is very friendly. This hotel is among the Good hotels. The hote lobby is not too big but quite good, which is less than its seats. The elevators in this hotel are only 2 with a small size. when it's time for breakfast, This elevator will be very Very full. for the breakfast place located in the basement, the food provided was quite complete and delicious. I came to this hotel in the fall and the strawberry was quite cold. in the winter, ac in kamaraya cannot be used. we can only open the room window because the night wind there is like angın ac feels. This hotel is also surrounded by a quite complete mini-market, one of them has CU.

The space is new and clean. It’s more of a hostel than anything. The rooms are small, but have everything you might need for an extended stay. You can cook in the room if you wish to too. But if you’re looking for a hotel service, this isn’t the right place for you. You can’t even call reception, they don’t bring you clean towels and water on a daily basis. You have to go downstairs and ask for these things all the time. They offer you one cleaning service for your stay and even on the date they had said they would clean our room, it wasn’t cleaned. I had mixed emotions about this one!
