Convenient especially bus stop right outside hotel and airport bus just few steps away. Dont have to drag luggages around. Train stations are nearby too

They seemed to know how to please travelers like me. Their English speaking abilities has been increased way better than my last time staying in the hotel. No longer long faces, neither stone faces while they were talking to me. Hotel room was big enough, the shower was roomy too. I was happy with the hotel. Thumbs up!

The receptionist was so annoying to get parking cost for 30$ per night. I felt that I am staying in cheap 2 star hotel. The facility was a great though. There are so many nice hotels close to this hotel. Great thing was so close to bus stop to Incheon air port bus. Don’t be so cheap!!! I won’t be back anyway there for sure. Hotel per night with 10$ and additional parking cost with $30 . This is not a great deal at all in end. Don’t recommend traveller with car.

Best hotel in Seoul. Highly recommended for great and comfortable stay. Rooms are super clean provided with a heater in cold weather. All toiletries are provided. Staff is extremely helpful and obliging. Bus stop is just at the entrance. There is a coffee shop inside and laundry service is there without dryer option. You can keep your luggage in the lobby. Computer desks are available too. Subway train is very very near along with approximately 10 shopping plazas near DDP. Several eateries are at the walking distance. There is self service laundry shop just 500m away. 5/5 hotel.

Pleasant stay in the heart of the city Location The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of Seoul, within walking distance of the vibrant Dongdaemun Design Plaza, shopping centers, and many local restaurants. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. **Rooms The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was that the decor felt a bit dated compared to some newer hotels. Dining The hotel's dining options were decent, but I found myself venturing out to nearby restaurants for most meals, as Seoul offers an incredible variety of culinary experience. Nothing special here, but it's exactly what you need-- good location close to gwangjiang market, several metro stations, Dongdaemun, and the airport bus is about 100m down the street. Room was clean and big enough for a couple. Would definitely recommend it and stay again, no problem.

Good location, Friendly staff but room amenity to old The hotel location very easy to walk to DDP station (Subway).

We got the two queen sized bedroom. Location is near dongdaemun cultural subway station and has an exit near the hotel. We never got the chance to dine in the hotel breakfast. But outside there are good coffeeshops. Room was hommy and water pressure was strong. I felt the bath was a bit small for the room. But we had a great stay. They changed and tug the sheets. clean the room very neatly.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Room was extremely spacious, clean, and very comfortable bed.

I doubt this is a 4 star hotel. Give it a 3.5. Positive: Subway is near. Airport bus stop is just 1 min away. Very easy to go to places in interest. Negative: 1. Shower room water always overflow to the dry toilet area. 2. No tea bag provided unlike others international brand hotel. Do be mindful that Not all customers are coffee drinker, especially Asian n Chinese tourist. 3. No international socket and usb outlet for charging. I bought my adapter, however, it is still lose after putting it in. 4. can hear abit of sound from next room. 5. Unsure where the source of sound, can hear intermittent buzzing sound . Unsure if it from Aircon. 6. A little challenging to use the air con remote n panel, all in Korean. No universal symbol of on/off button. 7. No view from my 2nd level room Window is locked n dusty. Cant get the sunlight in due to the type of blurred out panel.

Good, expectation attended. A little bite far from the location we would like to visit, but close to a subway station, where we could easy go to anywhere in Seoul. Our room had a problems with toilet stuck, but they solve moving us to another room.

Really clean room and daily room cleaning was great. I really loved the heated bidets. Front desk was always very prompt when I called them. Good value for 3 star hotel
