Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino Reviews

Well located hotel on the main street of windhoek where supposedly it is the busiest with stores, fastfood, restaurants, "malls", banks. the hotel's cafe service was quite slow though.

Nice Location and friendly staff ! Good breakfast!!

WiFi, a bathtub, big and small. There are shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the scenic spots. The sunset on the 15th floor of the top floor is very beautiful. It is the best hotel in the city.

Good location in the city center, free parking in the parking lot of the mall property, and security guards on each floor. You can walk directly to the hotel through the mall. The room is spacious and quiet. The supermarket downstairs closes very early. There is also a cafe on the first floor.

The hotel staff are very helpful and will try their best to help you solve some unexpected problems. But the room is not completely quiet when sleeping at night, and there will always be some "background sounds" one after another, such as the sound of toilet flushing and the roar of electrical appliances.

Today was my birthday, and I decided to celebrate with a solo date at Avani (Stratos). However, my phone unexpectedly shut down, and I found myself without a charger. Fortunately, the waiter at the restaurant was incredibly thoughtful and offered to capture the special moments by taking pictures of me with his cellphone. It was a kind gesture that saved the day. I must also mention the incredible food I enjoyed. The steak was unbelievably tender and juicy, and the chef went above and beyond to make my birthday even more memorable. They personally wished me a happy birthday and even wrote it on the dessert plate. It was such a delightful touch. Overall, I had a truly lovely experience. I highly recommend asking for Jeremy; he is an amazing waiter who made my celebration extra special.

The mocktail was very good. I loved it. I would definitely come back again. I come here often just to unwind and it’s a great place to hang out, whether alone or with friends and family: the atmosphere is very peaceful, welcoming and calm. Not to forget the stunning sundowners.

best manly cocktail at Avani Stratos, strong and tasty. You can have two versions of this, strong/sweet , use sprinklers for the ladies cocktail and neat for the gents, but other than that it’s has a great taste , highly recommended to try.

We had a lovely lunch at Pantry today. Our table faced the street so we got to enjoy all the bustling citygoers while we dined. The cafe latte hit the spot as did all the yummy juices. We ordered the chicken burger, Greek salad, mushroom pasta, cheesy meatballs, and toasted sandwiches. The food was all fresh and served promptly. Best for us was our server Olga. She was delightful and made sure we enjoyed everything. Highly recommend this spot for a leisurely and delicious lunch!

Had an amazing time, the desserts at again were so good and had an excellent service experience with Jeremy. We had an awesome day I had a strawberry daiquiri it was so good my day was absolutely perfect with my friends and we had a lovely time 🙆🏽‍♀️❤️

Today my sisters and I had the pleasure of dinning at the Pantry restaurant and We were thoroughly satisfied by experience.Our waitress, Ms Jolean Denni, was very sweet and friendly and the meal did not take long to be served and it was so delightful.I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone

Please ensure room carpets are thoroughly vacuumed because they provide a breeding ground for dust to thrive and people who have sensitive allergies can be in a disadvantaged environment when their sinuses start acting up.
