Perfect hotel for our first time in Seoul. Staff and customer service were first class. Hotel facility was amazing!

The room was super comfortable and the reception staff were very nice and friendly.

Nearby myeongdong shopping area. Hotel is attached to the mall and duty free shop. Breakfast spread is amazing with lots pf choice.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff where very helpful with any request. Breakfast buffet was incredible.

Hotel is conveniently located (Airport shuttle 6701 stops at Lotte hotel) and connected to Lotte department store/ mall for those who love shopping indoors. t is also connected to many underground shops and a short covered walk to MyeongDong for even more indoor and outdoor shopping. Plenty of restaurants and eateries to choose from too! The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of Korean and international spread (including desserts) for 75000 won per pax You should at least try the buffer once! Room was a little dim for writing and reading but if you are there for relaxation, it shouldn't bother you too much. Oh, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they are not provided. But they do provide daily bottled water.

My wife and I stayed at the Lotte Hotel for four nights in January 2024. We absolutely loved the hotel, especially the large, modern, comfortable room. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and we both agree that the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in! We were in the room a lot more than usual as the weather was very cold. The Hotel is ideally located in the center of the city and has a very large, attached department store. There is a short underground walk to the wonderful Myeongdong shopping and restaurant district. It is truly a five-star hotel, with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. This is where we will always stay when we visit Seoul.

Very clean and comfort stay. Location is very good can access to many tourist attractions. Bed is very comfort.
