屋主很親切，環境保持的舒適整潔，跟其他房客交流很有趣，離地鐵站不遠，也是熱鬧商圈

位置真的有點難找 , 谷哥地圖又標誌得不理想 (晚上十時許也找了半個多小時), 又沒有本地電話可以找店主接送), 如果有圖片文字, 序述前往路線可以更好.
地理優越, 隣近地鐵站, 只要不怕行斜路樓梯就可以到達.
整體很乾淨企理, 而且店主亦剛剛改動了傢具, 方法貯存行理雜物
其他家居用品應有盡有, 贊!
但有天晚上不知是否住客的女子約九點半進來屋子, 然後開了洗衣機洗衣 (不是住在地下樓層的人, 開了洗子機就走了), 但洗衣聲很是擾人睡覺!!!!
水壓本來是很好, 但兩廁同時有人洗澡就會變得水流不穩定, 熱水溫度就難控制.

初到小院，小院外面美麗的風景讓人感到很舒適愜意。老闆熱情出門迎接，中文非常流利，交流沒有任何不便障礙，沒有陌生感。小院室內都有單獨的衞生間，洗衣機冰箱飲水機等家電都有，非常方便，好像在家裡，也很乾凈衞生。離開時，大叔阿姨還準備了小禮物🎁，讓人感到很温暖。值得一去再去……

ตรงข้ามเมียงดงเลย และ เดินออกมา 5 นาทีก้จะเจอ สถานีเมียงดง ถือว่าสะดวก และคุ้มค่ามาก ราคาดี บริการดี ห้องน้ำก็ดี ไปไหนมาไหนง่าย แต่ไม่แนะนำหน้าร้อน เนื่องจากพัดลมพัดไม่แรงในก้องอาจจะร้องสักหน่อย ไม่เหมากะกับคนขี้ร้อน แต่ถ้าหน้าหนาวจะดีมากๆ แต่ถ้าใครโอเค ก็นอนได้ถือว่าสะดวกมากๆ ถึงร้อน แต่ก้ไม่มาก (ไม่เหมาะกับคนขี้มากร้อนมากๆ)
ถ้าหน้าหนาวก็จะมาพักอีก ชอบ ราคาก็ดี
