Hotel Venue-G Seoul

The location was amazing. It's just at the city centre. Very nice!

We love the hotel, it was in the perfect location, in the middle of several lines, near Jongno3 Ga, Euiljiro stations. 20 minute walk to myeongdong and near shops and bus stops. We love the bed but not the pillows. Wifi is strong as well. Staffs are ok too

Good location 10 min walk to 2 station...just next to cheongnam stream. Rooms ok. Cleanliness ok though i found long hair strands after housekeepping clean the room

Location was next to Cheongyecheon stream, and able to walk to places like Myeongdong (and Jongmyo Shrine - a bit of a walk). Nearest metro is jongno 3 ga. Overall, good value for the price.

Great location. Room is spacious for a solo traveler. Safe and Quiet area. Friendly receptionists, they allow to leave your luggage before check in and after check out.

Overall it’s an acceptable hotel. Room for improvement is the reception service which don’t seems friendly at all. Room size is acceptable but not recommended for big family.

Scam Alarm!!!!! Reception guy (around 45-50 years old) tried to betray us!!! We asked if he could call us a taxi to our next destination 4km away (5min drive says apple maps). First he tried to talk us in a private taxi because of our luggage. We denied because two suitcases fit in every official taxi. We asked him about the price of the taxi ride. He told us 80.000 KRW. We couldn't believe it and asked him twice if this is the normal price. He said "yes, between 75.000 and 80.000 KRW". As we replied that this must be a joke his colleague respond in an angry tone to us. "We cancel the taxi if you don't like it, we can do nothing for you". This was our worst experience in Seoul so far. We just left and took the bus to the other hotel. We stayed the night in Banyan tree and told the staff our story. They were shocked and couldn't believe it, as a normal taxi ride in Seoul is between 5.000 and 10.000 KRW depends on how far you drive. It is sad that such experiences could nearly destroy the reputation of a city. At least this hotel should be better aware what kind of people they hire. We are traveling a lot so we know scam tricks in other places but didn't expect this on the reception of a hotel like this. Be careful friends!

The hotel is strategically located in front of the cheonggyecheon stroll and nearby train station. You can reach to Gwangjang market by walking. The room is clean and the staff are friendly.

There are nearby subway station and bus stations, the check in and check out process were fuss free, the room is clean, cozy and is big enough to accommodate 3 people. Really affordable for the price! 👍 Me and my friends got to save up a lot because of our accommodation 😊 They replenish the water bottle and coffee mix daily. And the room gets cleaned everyday. Highly recommended!
