Lotte City Hotel Guro was a perfect hotel for my visit to Seoul. The facilities and the team are superb. There are many vibrant restaurants and cafes in the local area.

Hotel is sleek, modern, clean, with great amenities and services. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, convenience stores and malls too. Near to subway station, and airport bus stops by right outside the front door!

3 star hotel , good for business trip and family vacation. Standard Room have enough space and have shuttle bus directly reach airport. Shopping mall , subway and food plaza is within 10 min work

The hotel is very good and hygiene. The breakfast has decent options. The staff needs to be more friendly. And basic amenities in rooms is below average class.

I used to live in Korea for a long time and wanted to explore an area where I didn't go too much while showing my sister around. It was a great location. Not too far from the subway station (line 2). There are hills though. It's near a lot of restaurants and banks as well. If you need to exchange money, a t-money card, or just a card to use to buy things, they have a machine in the lobby that can do all of that in one card. The room was clean. Had a bath and a bidet. You need to have your own toothbrush. If you don't, they do have a vending machine for that. Service was great. Checking in and out was easy. There is an airport bus stop right in front. You can ask for a schedule at the front desk. Side note: There's a lady that sells 붕어빵 3 for 1,000 won on the way to the hotel from the station.

Very comfortable stay, clean modern hotel, nice new uipment in the gym too.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Room was clean, but it was a bit battered, like sofas had stains and scuffs, robe was old and ripped, so we couldn't use it.

The location is great and perfect for the meetings. Staff is accommodating on our request. This is continuation of my request last Oct 13.

Close to concert venue!

I use Lotte City Hotel often these days. It is very convenient to use any means of transportation, such as your own car, subway, or bus. The room condition is good, and the staff are friendly. Thanks to you, I had a good rest :-)

The location is advantageous. There is an airport bus directly in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport.
