Our Chinese villa area, Taman Mutiara (Taman Mutiara), located in the center of the town, is a great place to get some peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Each room has an independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water, all-weather air conditioning, toiletries, hair dryer, electric tea kettle, bedside USB socket, and 100M fiber optic WIFI. Laundry equipment and a 300-square-meter shared restaurant kitchen are available for free use (you can cook your own seafood for a party). There is also a large leisure space for public activities, where you can make tea, drink coffee, read books and newspapers, play mahjong (fully automatic mahjong table), and watch movies on a 100-inch projector. The town of Semporna is very small. We are backed by the sea (Government Pier), 300 meters away from the town center mosque, 400 meters away from KFC, 600 meters away from Watsons, and 300 meters away from the bank. Within 5 minutes of walking to the city center, there are 3 piers behind the Semporna Government Pier. The farthest pier is a 20-minute walk. The room is not big, but the hygiene is OK. There are many common areas, including a kitchen, a place to dry clothes, a refrigerator, and a garden (see pictures). It is cost-effective. It is really great to buy seafood at the market and cook it yourself.

The location we booked is amazing. Behind it is the conch gathering point pier. Walking is easy haha. Also, when I stayed there, there was a group of people arguing in the yard at around 9pm, which affected my rest. Every morning at 5am, the sound of karaoke would be heard outside on time. I don't know who is singing. It especially affected my rest.
The location is also average, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the pier.
