I came to this fairy tale manor hotel through a friend’s recommendation. The environment of the manor is so refreshing! The manor is like a large and beautiful garden. Every step is like walking in a fairyland. Find a quiet corner in the garden with a book and feel the beauty of nature. The room is clean and tidy. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The room is large, warm and comfortable. After returning from the sea, I attended the bbq party at the manor in the evening. The staff sang and danced, and the atmosphere was full of joy. The restaurant’s products are also good, I recommend the curry breaded chicken and coconut smoothie 🍧

The scenery of the seawater is indeed super beautiful, but the facilities do not need to be expected. There is basically nothing and you need to bring your own, including toilet paper. Looking to improve the infrastructure, it was too hot to sleep at night. We booked for two nights and stayed only one night without checking out. It was really hot. The rest is OK.

I went to Malaysia in November. Thanks to the hostess and staff for their home-like service, the whole trip was perfect. The hotel is small, has a warm living atmosphere, and is clean and tidy. There are 24-hour self-service refreshments and a drum washing machine on the first floor. There is a large balcony on the second floor for drying clothes and a refrigerator. There is a young lady at the front desk who speaks fluent Chinese and a young man who speaks fluent English and works the night shift. Thanks to the boss lady for arranging the Tawau airport transfer and one-day tour. Especially the half-day tour of Lover's Bay water sports, my parents had a great time. The restaurants we ate at were all recommended by the proprietress, and they were affordable and friendly. I was lucky enough to meet the proprietress in person. She was polite and tall. I also saw Indonesian CJS giving a speech at the stadium. I wish the boss lady a prosperous business and I wish Tawau has an airport worthy of Semporna’s international status.

One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store. With the right room, you can get a great view of the busy sea. DIY Laundry is a bit far though, would have to drive to do your own laundry.

The resort environment gives people a refreshing feeling, the experience is good, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The most important thing is that the resort has a Chinese-speaking butler, so communication is barrier-free. There is also a free minibus to and from Semporna town, which makes our travel worry-free. The Malay food cooked by a Malay chef is also very good. Next time I bring my family to Semporna, I will stay at your place!

Friends who go to Semporna must not miss this hotel! For three days in Semporna, I stayed at the Wizard of Oz for the first two days and experienced the water house on the last night. First of all, this store has a comfortable environment. Each room is a separate small tree house. The birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant outside. It is very relaxing to get up early and take a walk outside. Secondly, the service is very attentive. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from the pier at almost any time. The hotel staff, from the boss to the receptionist to the driver, are super proactive, considerate and helpful. We arranged airport pick-up and drop-off from Tawau to Semporna at a reasonable price. Within two days of our stay, we were contacted in advance to confirm the pick-up and drop-off time at the pier. We were also proactively asked if we needed help with island hopping, and even cared about us. If you want to have lunch, the driver can pick us up and drop us off for dinner (actually we have already made an appointment for a full day of island hopping that day, so we can take care of our three meals by ourselves). On the last day, we chose to experience the water house. We hope that after checking out the next day, the lady sister can help make an appointment for a drop-off at Tawau Airport. The lady will not ignore us just because we have already left the hotel. She is still willing to help us after 10 o'clock in the evening. We contact the driver, and everyone will still care about whether they got on the bus on time the next day. There are many similar details, and it feels really cordial to encounter such a store in a foreign country! A boss who operates with care will definitely have a prosperous business! The room is ok and comfortable with aircon and fan. At check-in time in the afternoon, the aircond is very strong and the fan is on It's a cold night, I don't even turn on the aircon haha, just turn on the fan. Amik seaview is ok. The bathroom floor is stagnant. Breakfast is not from the hotel but outside, you can choose between 2 restaurants, but the two Chinese restaurants are not sure if you want to eat even if they only have toasted bread on the menu with another menu of curry noodles/mee soup. Choose one Muslim shop and one Chinese shop, then the choice is correct. These are two Chinese shops. Add the Qibla direction in the hotel room. The location is close to the jetty, he just took the boat to the island. The staff are all ok, good.
