Alpenpark Resort Superior

We got to know the Alpenpark hotel since August 2024...niw it is our second time there! We found the food, the activities and the baby club wonderful! Our daughter (below 3 yo) was able to stay in the baby club and enjoy the enormous playground there. We could relax and take some hours alone in the spa. In the afternoon we enjoyed with our child the family spa with pool, slide and various games. The food at Alpenpark is the priority, we found the menu exceptional and of high quality. Cleanliness and service are top!

We have just returned from another amazing visit to the Alpenpark in Seefeld. Our group consisted of 6 people ranging in age from 7 to 71 and the hotel was perfect for everyone with great swimming opportunities and lots going on if you wanted to participate. A special mention must go to Krisztina in the dining room for her professional manner in looking after us and sharing our experiences. She has the loveliest personality and is a real asset to the hotel. Out with the hotel, we used buses, trains, cable cars and funicular to help us explore and walk in the mountains and there are numerous low level walks too. We hope to return soon!

Our week at Alpenpark Resort was the perfect vacation! The resort has thought of everything to create a wonderfully relaxing Alpine vacation experience for families. Seefeld is a charming little town, and even during a week where the weather was hit-or-miss, there was more than enough to do. We hope to return!

Rated 4 stars so expected more. The resort was ok. there wasn’t much to the pillows and bed was hard. Room ok. Assigned parking space was right next to the only other vehicle in the garage and it was a very tight spot so didn’t leave much room to get out of the vehicle. Would choose a different place in the future.

This was our eighth visit to the Alpenpark Hotel in the past 19 years. Since first going on 2005 to this latest trip the quality, service, accommodation was and is still excellent. Our restaurant server, Kristina was both charming and responsive. She sorted all our request and we missed her on her days off ! Asia in the Sports Bar continues to be a great host and runs that facility brilliantly. We did not spend much time with Manfred in the main bar, but as ever his service is also excellent. I would 100% recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone. From the front desk staff to the room service people, the entire hotel is outstanding. We can't wait to come back again soon.

My family has been spending the winter vacation in this hotel for almost 10 years, indicating our great satisfaction. The best part of this hotel is the staff, who are excellent, professional, friendly, and always ready to meet guests' needs. They are the soul of this hotel. A big shoutout to Kostya, Nastya, Slavica, Manfred, and others. The hotel is constantly invested in and renovated. A few years ago, the wellness center was renewed and expanded, which is excellent. All bars and the restaurant have been renovated, and we really like the new ambiance. The rooms in the Residence part of the hotel, where our rooms are located, are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable with plenty of storage space. However, they need a bit of renovation, such as new mattresses, radiators, shower faucets. These are minor issues that wouldn't prevent us from coming back. The hotel's hygiene is at an admirable level; everything is clean and tidy, and the whole hotel smells good. The cuisine is excellent; this year, desserts impressed us, and we send greetings to the new dessert chef (who works in the hotel for a long time and finally got the place he deserves). One observation is that in previous years, there was often a buffet-style dinner or snacks and desserts, but this year it only happened once a week. Also, the afternoon snack, discontinued since last year, is missed by us and other guests as far as we've noticed. We are aware of the economic challenges in Europe in recent years and hope the hotel will reintroduce these services when the opportunity arises. The hotel's location is also good; a short walk and you're in the village center. In conclusion, Seefeld is a charming village with not many ski slopes for advanced skiers, but several large ski resorts nearby for those seeking more adrenaline. The slopes in Seefeld are sufficient for us. My daughter likes to say that Hotel Alpenpark and Seefeld are like scenes from Christmas movies, and being there feels like entering a Christmas film—absolutely beautiful.

This is a fantastic location for families. The food was fantastic, the pool and spa were wonderful, and the kids center with its own pools and slide was great. They even have an Austrian bowling game that was very difficult in the sports bar. Rooms was well appointed as well with very helpful staff.

Superb family resort in Seefeld. Amazing facilities for adults and children including indoor and outdoor swimming pools with slides and splash area, bowling, soft play, kids club and spa areas, outdoor playground and free to rent bikes for exploring the area and only 10 minute walk to the very centre of Seefeld. The food was fine dining with a varied choice the breakfast buffet was lovely with a wide selection. Our family room was a great size and well equipped with everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again we all had a fabulous time!
