The front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

We absolutely love this fun, pineapple themed hotel! Very cute and whimsy :-) the only negative that I have was there is no room service and their food is Pretty sp****. Customer service at the bar was extremely slow and painful to get a drink and it was not busy. Bartender actually complained about his day… But everyone has off days so I’m just gonna leave it at that! Besides the food the hotel is an awesome location if you want to do the Seattle center.

Very friendly, competent and accommodating staff. Well kept, nice place! Loved the ramp in lobby and to parking garage for wheel chair accessibility and so I could roll my luggage.

Nice reasonable place to stay near climate pledge arena. Bar could be open a bit later on game night, but other than that, worked out well.

Great area in the city, closer to the airport. Nearby sites and many great places to visit and see from the Maxwell and close to the monorail going to and from Pike place area; all within walking distance. Many, many things to see and do around the Hotel. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, with a convenient cafe and plenty of areas with space in and around the lobby with a cozy fireplace.
I recommend this hotel when visiting the City of Seattle!
