Out of season stay for work in October , staff very friendly and helpful and rooms clean. No tea or coffee facilities in room . Disappointed pool was closed as that was the reason for booking.
Breakfast minimal and noisey and dinner was cold.
Probably great in the summer but would get an appartment next time

LOVELY STAY, MAIN DOWNSIDE WAS FOOD AT THE EVENING BUFFET THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED HOT WAS NOT KEPT HOT AT ALL, FOR EXAMPLE POTATO CROQUETTES AND FRIED POTATOES. NO CHOICE OF MEAT FOR MEAT EATERS, PORK OR NOTHING UNLESS YOU ASKED SPECIFICALLY. FISH LOVERS AND VEGETARIANS WELL CATERED FOR.

Disastrous breakfast: scrambled eggs with sugar, raw eggs instead of hard-boiled, non-existent coffee and ditto orangeade... I don't know what happened... but avoid breakfast at all costs! Modest room, clean but Czech bathroom... too expensive compared to the service provided. Negative

Excellent location, good cleanliness of the premises and rooms. Terrible bathroom with old and poorly maintained fixtures. Poor amount of food in the buffet with little attention to vegetarian customers. However, I would like to congratulate the seasonal guys in the room and the entertainment team.

I would recommend providing a bathroom next to the showers in the future, which is essential for those with children. The hotel's cuisine is buffet style and very varied. Excellent first courses with local specialties and the typical Sicilian evening with very good cannoli and arancini. Thorough daily room cleaning and rooms equipped with drying rack / TV / hairdryer and fridge. The entertainment was the element that enriched the holiday even more: young kids, really nice and nice to families and children. A special round of applause for the evening shows with constant preparation. Congratulations to the management and the entire staff for making us enjoy 15 wonderful days! Excellent location 20 meters from the private beach and close to the center of Ragusa marina. Comfortable swimming pool and good restaurant service too. The only note is that there is no beach bar and the opening times of the beach 9.00 and the swimming pool 10.00 seem too late to me

Two years ago I stayed in the hotel part; this year instead bungalow and I must say that it is always a pleasant surprise. Strategic position for the sea and swimming pool but also for beautiful walks in the evening. The staff is always super nice and friendly (from the gardeners to the owner). Buffet lunch and dinner in the bungalow solution was excellent, varied foods and amazing table service. Always attentive to the needs of all guests. I highly recommend going there to unplug from the routine and it is ideal for families who want the convenience of having everything close by.
