The hotel is close to the underground walkway that connects JR Sapporo station and the city centre, which saved me a lot of effort from walking on the snow as I was visiting in winter. The hotel staff is courteous and know English. The facilities are clean and new. There is a complimentary coffee corner in the lounge area. Overall the experience is nice.

Nicely located in between sapporo station & odori area which is walkable to both area. Room size acceptable for 2 pax per room. Public bath is small but still ok but lacks outdoor area for dipping. Has free coffee at level 2 lounge area outside the public bath area Breakfast is consumed at the cafe, only 2 choices of different bread/toast sets available. Overall, will still recommend the hotel for the price & location

The down side is no window in the room

The accommodation is very good, clean, the bed is soft, although there is no cleaning provided. But there is room to change towels. with bathrobes provided every day Accommodation not far from the snow festival. I really like it. Who took the JR or electric train? Go out the opposite way, exit number 24 (in front of Tokyu Toyku Department Store). There is an elevator up there. No need to carry your bags up the stairs yourself.

This is the best and most recommended hotel I have stayed at in Japan. The hotel room is not big, but the design is very reasonable and exquisite. The room was very quiet and clean. There is a large bathtub where you can take a quiet bath. Open until 1 o'clock in the morning. It is also open in the morning until check-out time. The water temperature in the bathhouse is a treat. No need to take a shower in the room, troublesome. POLA detergents are used in the bathhouse. There is a large rest area next to the bathhouse with many books. You can read books. There is hot water so you can make your own noodles. There is a 7-11 and Family-mart not far downstairs. You can buy some food and eat it in the rest area. There is a washing and drying area There are many places to eat around. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Sapporo Station. Sapporo Station is connected to Daimaru Department Store, and there are many restaurants on the 6th and 8th floors open until late. It’s just over half an hour’s drive from Sapporo Station to Otaru. Remember to reserve a seat on the right side to see the most beautiful coastline. We had Western food downstairs for breakfast, which was cheap and delicious. No need to run around. Just go and eat. There is no need to buy coupons at the hotel. Recommend and like. For all travelers in need

This is my favorite hotel style. The bathroom, toilet and washbasin are all separate spaces (but the shower head in the bathroom cannot be used). The bed is quite comfortable. There is a public space on the second floor that also provides coffee and drinks. There is also a large bathing area available, which is very cost-effective. High, breakfast is a set menu to choose from and tastes good.

The location of the hotel is far from Sapporo Station. There are not many restaurants nearby. You have to travel a little farther to find them. The restaurants close early. The hotel facilities are new and clean, and you can choose pillows of different soft and hard materials. There is also a large public bath, where you can relax.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was 10 minutes away from JR Sapporo Station and just opened Google. You can choose the pillow that suits you in the hotel lobby, but remember to pick up the pillowcase. The rooms are not big, but they are very comfortable. After exiting the hotel, turn right and walk straight for ten minutes to reach Tanukikoji. I will choose this hotel next time I visit.

The hotel service staff are very good, especially a gentleman who can speak Chinese. He is very enthusiastic and patient in explaining that there will be a power outage on the night of check-in... and also said that there will be discounts (not sure if I heard it correctly) & asked the booking website if there is any notice …, I didn’t receive any notifications from the website or any discount information, but I was very satisfied with the attitude of the service staff.

The location is between two subway stations, but it's very convenient to get out.

It was a very clean and beautiful hotel and I felt very comfortable. There was also a hot spring facility, and the hair dryer was a Dyson. You can have breakfast at the cafe next door, but you can add coffee as you like until you check out, and it was nice to be able to take it out. I felt that I would like to use it again.

I often use it when I go on a business trip to Sapporo. There is only a shower in the room, but there is a large public bath, so you can relax and heal the fatigue of your business trip. It is located between Sapporo station and Odori Koen station, and it is a few minutes walk from both stations. It's far from Susukino, but I think it's good to relax.
