Good hotel with good location

도심에서 위치해서 식당, 쇼핑 등 이용 시 편리했습니다. 일본 숙소 치고 방크기도 큰편(우리나라 보통 수준)이었고 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다!!! 다음에 또 만나요 ㅋ

Good location / clean

Very good Mercure chain hotel. Limousine airport bus stop just accross main road (Bus stop infront of sushizanmai resto). The male reception name Yan is helpful and fluent in english. Thkyou for the clearly information.

酒店地理位置極佳，鄰近狸小路和激安殿堂。 酒店後面有多個停車場，適合自駕遊，方便泊車。 酒店房間相對比較大，適合家庭旅遊。

This hotel is located at the heart of Susukino. A lot of shopping and eating places such as newly opened Cocono department store and famous 狸小路 are within 5 minutes walking distance. An airport bus station is located at just the opposite of the Hotel ,which is very convenient to international travelers. The hotel breakfast has limited selections, nothing fancy, but serves purpose. Room cleanliness is mediocre but acceptable .

I stayed for two nights. It's close to downtown and about a 3-minute walk from the airport bus stop, so it's very convenient. However, be careful because the bus will pass you by if the seats are taken. It was disappointing that two buses passed by on a rainy day. The hotel's service was satisfactory, with the staff, the quality of the breakfast, and the amenities. However, it was disappointing to see the smell of the shower curtain, the dirty leftovers of foreign tourists at breakfast, the sight of people filling their thermoses with coffee and other drinks to take home (I saw several people bringing that to the table), and the sight of people stuffing several croissants into paper cups. PS I was surprised to see "Oha-u" (Oha-u), which appeared in Golden Kamuy, on the breakfast menu. It was very delicious and I ate it both days. Thank you very much.

The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel location is very convenient and easy access. The staff are very kind and friendly.

Hotel location is great, convenient store is just next door. It is near train station and also bus stop airport. Very comfortable pyjamas.

Very convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from Susukino Exit 3. Next to Lawson, 7-11, there are many places to eat for the whole family. It is very close to Li Xiaojie. The room is quite big, neat and clean, highly recommended.

The hotel location was good and the room was spacious!! The bed is so soft that I can sleep well and the bathroom is spacious. The staff at the reception are also very friendly. I made a reservation at a nearby restaurant, but suddenly I was sick and couldn't go. When I told them, they called me directly and canceled it, which was really kind~!! I had a great time without any discomfort for a week! The only downside is that the reception is on the 3rd floor, so you have to change elevators..?
