The room was simple but clean and quiet, the breakfast was buffet style and delicious and comfortable stay. It faces Nakajima Park across the street and is also suitable for walking around Nakajima Park in the morning. The location of the hotel is the nearest station of Horohirabashi Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Nanboku Line, about 5 walk from the station, and the transportation is convenient. The chain of this hotel has a long-established inn in Hokkaido such as ”Hotel Nord” and ”Hakodate International Hotel”, and it was polite to respond to the employees, probably because of the influence.

Totally we stay for 5 night, it was a lovely place to stay. Stunning view from double bed room’s window. The location is very close to the subway station, it is very importance especially on a snowy day. Transportation from/to new Chitose airport was easy by liner bus but be aware about timetable. All staff are very helpful. We love to have a healthy breakfast on the 1st floor. On the last day, we left very early in the morning, we’d got a lovely sandwich box instead of breakfast at the hotel. The price is reasonable. In summary, we were so happy to celebrate our 27th anniversary here.

I would like to give this hotel a higher score, but unfortunately I cannot because there are too many little problems with the experience. On a positive note, the rooms are comfortable, perhaps not that large compared to normal Marriott standards, but not tiny either. However, there are just too many frustrating negatives at the hotel. For example: 1. There is a large difference in English language confidence amongst the front-desk staff. Some staff are fluent English speakers, but many other staff struggle with very basic English requests and so you end up with, for example, being recommended to go to a Conbini if you want to eat late, instead of suggesting a local ramen restaurant, many of which are open until 3am ! For an international brand hotel that clearly expects international customers, far more effort should be placed on improving the English language fluency of front-of-house staff, in particular the front-desk staff. 2. There is no comfortable lobby-style area to sit and work quietly. There is a cafe, but you cannot sit there unless you order, and if the cafe is closed, then you have zero seating options. 3. The cafe only servers Hokkoaido wines by the bottle. If you want wines by the glass, you have to order French wine. In my opinion this is a serious missed opportunity to showcase what Hokkaido has to offer. 4. On my first day here, housekeeping staff walked into my room unannounced. Fortunately I was dressed and about to leave the hotel for tourism. But housekeeping staff really need to learn basic protocol ! 5. There is no comptentent concierge at this hotel. Fortunately I am a regular visitor to Japan, so I am happy to cope on my own. But if you are thinking of staying at this hotel hoping to have the assistance of a competent concierge, you will be disappointed. For example, today I tested the front-desk asking for help reserving a restaurant, they just suggested I do it online... gee, thanks guys ! Ultimately none of these problems are insurmountable with proper training and other improvements. But for a hotel of this calibre, they equally should not have been problems in the first place, they are the sort of things that should automatically be there.

It opened in June 2022, and the hall was still new and really clean. It is very convenient because you can check the congestion of the large communal bath and the availability of the coin laundry on the TV in the guest room. It is a card key elevator that cannot be moved except for the accommodation floor, so the security is also firm and even women can rest assured. Although it is a mechanical parking lot, I thought it was valuable to be able to park a high roof car. Convenience stores are right in front of you, and trouser presses are installed on the wall, so I think it is good for business use. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with many kinds. I would like to stay again next time.

My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.

Very comprehensive facilities to support customer for a good stay especially with the SPA set up. Very neat and clean room to provide a good rest to us. Convenient parking garage and easy to have subway or Airport bus. New decoration with adequate space in the room. Very acceptable. This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY LOVELY!

CchannersHotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

GGuest UserSusukino and Odori are both very good location within walking distance. Also, it is a clean hotel because it is shallow. 24 Coffee for time is also good. However, the 1500 yen breakfast was a bit poor. 1 It is a buffet in the lounge on the floor. If you pay this amount, it is better to have a morning at a nearby coffee shop. At the height of Corona, he brought a luxurious breakfast to his room, but I wanted him to be revived. I'm sorry I can't eat it.

GGuest UserA great hotel with lots of restaurants (that were fully booked during our stay). Easy walk to many attractions and convenient placement of cafe and Starbucks. Room was comfy but not very soundproof. The guests above us were very noticeable; lots of foot stomping and moving around from 7:00am which wasn’t ideal. Great shower, water pressure was brilliant and the bath products were good.

LLee RingoWe just checked in the room and found that the air conditioning had something wrong (the hotel has fixed a warm mode, can't change anything) and actually there was no air (warm or cool) coming out. The staff there advised me to open the window. To me, it was unacceptable as it is a hotel, not a guesthouse. We discussed this issue with Front Office Manager and he agreed to refund the money to me. So, I did not stay there.

Bblr32READ ME IF U WANT A FULL DETAILED REVIEW: Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by. Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it. Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it. The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare. Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it. Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame. The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it. The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up. The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep. Bonus: - they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants - the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather Overall: A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

77samuraiWe visited Sapporo for the snow festival in Feb 2020. We selected the Leopalace based on location/price and reviews. On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

KKingsley Chi ShengThe hotel is a short walk from Sapporo station. Even in the winter when the roads are snowy, the hotel is easy to walk to and there's a convenience store just half a block away. I stayed here two nights with my wife and two-year old daughter. Check-in process was very standard and I had no complaints. Room was quite comfortable to be in and didn't feel stuffy at all. We didn't make use of any of the facilities nor did we have breakfast there but our overall experience there was A+. There are a couple of restaurants in the front and they seemed to be pretty popular with locals and tourists alike, being pretty much at full capacity every night I was there. The food looked pretty good too. There is a little shop in the lobby that sells a lot of stuff catered to tourists, which was appreciated as it was convenient to buy some snacks and goodies before our trip to the next city.

Location of hotel is walkable distance to most of the tourist spots, and also location walkable distance to tram station and train station. Since we took airport limousine bus, they dropped us straight in front of the hotel. And most importantly, i booked also package from another site that require us to wait at the lobby. GGuest UserOf this 5-day trip, it was only 1 night and 2 days, but I was able to experience it with color 々. 1. First of all, regarding the time of booking, this time, Haneda-New Chitose - Sapporo-Use public transportation. When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel 3. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. 2. Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” 3. The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. 4. I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content. There are individual differences, but I felt that the hot water temperature was a little low. 5. Meals (evening and breakfast) were lined up at some counters, but I thought it was unavoidable. The variety was diverse, but honestly, I couldn't feel any characteristics now. For example (dinner), a large amount of steak was prepared and it was at the counter, but the arrangement (grilled, served, decorated position, etc.), and (breakfast) seafood bowl (rice, seafood, etc.) was also served by each person. I prepared only rice (normal and small amounts of 2 seeds) in advance, and felt that the flow of people could be smoothly made, so that it would be fun and delicious. There are also many waiters and waitresses, so why not engage in service plus service such as lowering tableware and serving meals? 6. The next morning, I asked the front desk (whether or not the shuttle bus was available), but the same was true. When I had a copy of the time and boarding guide map of the route bus (a Sri Lankan nationality woman in charge), I would like to thank you for your kind and polite response. 7. The checkout was smooth and good. I asked again to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo, but it was completely full and could not be used. 8. When I came to the front door to go to the bus stop, a Sri Lankan woman who asked at the front desk in the morning flew and told the driver of the shuttle bus to Sapporo that had just stopped. Negotiate the possibility of boarding 々 did. As a result, I was able to board the shuttle bus. There were still many vacant seats on the bus 々. No matter how much service bus I felt, I didn't care about the front desk, but I was grateful and impressed by the wonderful response of this woman who flew to the front door! !! !! 9. Therefore, I arrived at Sapporo Station in about 45 minutes, and I was able to save an hour from the route bus and subway, and I was able to go to the next accommodation, Otaru.
