Elevador quebrado no horário do Check in e sem quartos disponíveis e sem previsão de quando ficariam prontos …. Algo inadmissível , pois paguei antecipadamente o valor das diárias. Inclusive o site no qual fiz a reserva e paguei não quer fazer o reembolso , visto que o cancelei no momento que cheguei no Hotel e fui informado da situação acima.

Muito boa a experiência, no entanto temos alguns pontos. O controle da TV não funcionou adequadamente, tinha uma água pingando do ar condicionado do andar superior sobre o nosso ar e isso foi incomodo.

Boa localização, embora bastante underground. Inclusive com um Pub "Punk" mais para discípulos do Supla.
Mas bem tranquilos.
Boas instalações. No meu caso, quarto com 2 ambientes distintos (para 4 pessoas).
