The service at this hotel is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable and could use a little updating. It was difficult not having a plug near the bed or a clock in the room, so it was difficult knowing what time it was when you’re laying in bed. But they did provide water and an outlet converter, which was thoughtful. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I really enjoyed showering at this hotel. I did go the the gym, which was small, but nice. I wish they had towels available to wipe off sweat during your workout. The pool is also on the roof and it looked very private and relaxing. The restaurant is also very luxurious. The breakfast offerings looked very tasty! Overall a great stay!

The property has good security in this quiet part of Bela Vista. Easy and safe walk to subway stations and several historic sites in the Paulista area. I plan to stay here again when I return on my next trip to São Paulo. Thanks again to its staff for making my stay pleasant and memorable!

Pro: - Location. - Small kitchen in the rooms. - Cleanliness. Cons: - The wifi was basically unusable, very very slow, so I would not recommend this hotel if you need to work eventually on a trip. - The maintenance staff also shared the same elevator as the guests, it was not pleasant to share the elevator with someone covered in paint multiple times there be should one staff elevator reserved. - The finishings in the apartments need better quality for a 4 star hotel. - The room floor is very old and scratched. - The plaster all over the apartment is also of low quality. The air conditioner was too noisy. - The shower needs info which handle is for hot and cold. - The comforter of my bed had holes and it looked very old. - The breakfast area was chaotic, there was no though of the flow of people therefore it was a mess to get something, adding to that hotel staff coming for quality control samples in the middle of guests, also the variety of foods were uninteresting. - The furniture was too old for a 4 star hotel. - Outdated elevator. - I don't want to be negative but overall it needs to have a more polished look.

The hotel is located in the center of Sao Paulo. The breakfast is very average and there are not many choices. I feel that these hotels have similar breakfasts. Brazil has more sweets for breakfast. We arrived early on the first day and arrived at the hotel at 7 or 8 in the morning. , They said that the room cannot be checked in until after 2pm. If you want to pay an extra fee in advance, almost one extra night’s room rate will be charged.

We stayed 7 nights and the place met our expectations. Yes, the building and its furniture could do with an update but, considering the cost of accommodation in São Paulo, it’s not a bad place. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and served either indoors or on the balcony. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Wi-fi is great. Cable TV had channels in both English and Portuguese. Location is particularly good, safe and very convenient for public transport. We recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I have been in the trap since 2018, and unfortunately this is worse and worse, I love the hotel for the location, every time I have to go to São Paulo was trying to host him, but I hosted that weekend and what I saw was even sad, the bed and TV very good, as well as the shower, but they tried to make the hotel painting in a way that seems to be gambira, and when I went to check in had no system, they tried to make me pay again the luck that had the proof on the cell, the gist of the mopped bathroom, and the breakfast that was always surprising and now no French bread has, I understand that sometimes by the amount of guests can generate waste, but even butter in a pot any, hot juice, and no bread variety, The French mainly is not worth the price that is unfortunately, I hope they will improve so that I can host again.

It was ten days of stay for health reasons, as it is near the hospital I needed. I could notice some aspects that I liked and others that I did not. The reception care needs to be improved considerably. When there is an emergency, communication is delayed and after 6 a.m. it is very difficult to solve problems, in the first days there was a towel in the room and we had to go down to complain because the interphone was not answered. Days later, the bathroom ceiling and part of the room ceiling were muffled and was very ugly; we had to make a night room exchange and it was very tired for those who returned from medical care. As for breakfast, it was simple and satisfactory, but the team was handling food without masks and gloves, a fact that in a full pandemic causes concern. In the room's dressing part, I was happy despite the problem that had occurred in the first days. I also thought the ideal would be that the servants wear mask for their health safety, but during the ten days I saw only one of them using a few times.
