Ich hatte leider das falsche Ibis gebucht, wollte eigentlich daß Ibis in der Nähe des Santo Dumont buchen. Dieses Ibis gefiel mir nicht so gut, aber letztendlich musste ich mich ja damit abfinden. Der Check inn war hervorragend, ich möchte hier besonders den Rezeptionisten Jordan hervorheben, sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Mit dem Preis des Frühstücks war ich nicht ganz zufrieden, ich hatte qualitativ hochwertigere Hotels und der Preis dort für das Frühstück war wesentlich günstiger. Dazu kam noch das die Bedienung mit Namen Isa extrem unfreundlich war. Alles in Allem war es aber ok, nur werde ich bei meiner nächsten Buchung besser aufpassen

Pesimo, los ascensores muy antiguos, aveces no funcionaba el panel del ascensor, nos dejaron dia y media sin aire acondicionado en la habitación a pesar que llamaos 3 veces para avisar, no nos dieron toallas completas en la habitación, llamamos y teniamos que bajar a recepción a pedir, el hotel antiguo, no tienen nada, si uno pide algo o que arreglen algo, para todo te piden que bajes a recepción a pesar que ya lo estábamos reportando por teléfono, no solucionan nada. Pedimos reembolso no por capricho sino que el hotel y el servicio es pésimo, uno ingresa y saluda y ni responden el saludo, todo mal.

Fujam desse hotel, os lençóis estavam sujos de sangue, sério, café da manhã péssimo, hoje mesmo não deu hem pra tomar café, pois as máquinas estavam quebradas.
Única coisa razoavelmente que preste é somente a localização, mas não vale, não mesmo.
Só postei foto da catedral, pq hotel é horroroso.
Ah, carpetes nos corredores com mais ácaro que água no mar.
