別墅園區環境很棒，角角落落打掃的非常乾淨，每天都有保潔來房間打掃衞生，消毒，適合大家庭出遊，我們這次是幾個朋友過來玩，不錯的體驗。
交通：出租車、滴滴、可以送到家門口，非常方便，建議租車，來三亞有輛車出行會方便很多！
管家有問題都會第一時間響應處理，非常貼心，五星超讚好評，牆裂推薦！！

別墅在海棠灣位置很好，旁邊就是海棠廣場和海昌，去免税店，後海和林旺市場都很方便。面積超大，設施齊全，可以做飯，隨時泡泳池很方便，出門5分鐘走到海邊，酒店私人沙灘很漂亮很乾凈。服務很好，有什麼要求很快響應。還推薦了很多好玩的地方。特別好，建議朋友聚會，親子出遊首選，比住酒店安逸！

大家庭比較適合，可以自己做飯或叫外賣，海棠灣的消費比較高，關鍵是性價比不高，所以住在泳池別墅是挺好的選擇，自由自在。別墅總體不錯，特別是帶孩子很好，海邊和公共泳池包括自帶泳池都不錯，自帶泳池有全天過濾系統，別墅有些細節需要改進，總體給好評！

環境衞生：入住前打掃的很乾凈啊！
入住後衞生：可以給管家説叫阿姨來打掃，不過我們住的人太多了，沒辦法統一打掃時間，就沒進卧室打掃。
我們這次住了7口人，1～3樓全部住滿！而且還有室內電梯！果然夠豪！
別墅離沙灘也很近。來了的小夥伴千萬不要衹在別墅一待，也可以去沙灘轉轉。
這個別墅區的大環境也很棒，有小區自帶的泳池，有成人和小童泳池！小朋友非常喜歡玩！而且小區物業服務非常棒！建議入住的可以早上起床後帶寶寶去泳池玩總體來説滿分！

1.交通方便：別墅有車位可停車，不收停車費；離林旺夜市近，後院出去即是草坪，草坪步行3分鐘到海棠灣沙灘；
2、別墅裝修新設施全。泳池乾淨;
