It's my first time in Sanya. I don't think it's as bad as advertised on the Internet. Maybe I'm traveling on a budget. I think it's okay as long as I don't try to get a bargain. I feel very good about this accommodation. The price is very affordable, the location is convenient, the public transportation is well developed, and the beach is close enough to walk to. I will choose this place next time.

The complex itself is not bad, but it is polluted by unscrupulous local guests and lazy staff. Just look at what the elevator area looks like. There are better rooms, but I think not this owner. My room was dirty, there was a container with an unknown liquid in the toilet for an unknown purpose, insects were crawling, the furniture was broken, there was hair in the bed, the TV was not tuned in. To get the cleaning done, I had to contact trip.com. There is no kitchen, as expected in the apartments. There is no refrigerator.

Only location and view is good. Room is old , need upgrade asap. Also didn’t clean up the rooms

The apartment were clean and nice, big and spacious! Quick service! Although it doesn’t seem like a hotel reception, you need to navigate your way quite complicatedly to find the entrance! Once you found it it’s easier to get to the reception!

Excellent location of the hotel. Very close to the beach. My room was on the 28th floor and thanks to this I had a beautiful view, but! My reservation stated that the room had a sea view. However, the room offered to me had a view of the mountains, and only if you go out onto the balcony and look far to the side, you will see a small piece of the sea. The owner offered me another room with a sea view, but for an additional fee. And I wasn't going to pay extra. I decided not to swear and stay at it. Another disadvantage of the room is the lack of storage space. The room had only a bed and two bedside tables. And 6 hooks. The only thing I had was a briefcase, but even I had nowhere to put my things. The next minus is that it was almost impossible to find the reception and the owner. He didn't answer calls for a very long time. Otherwise, it was almost impossible to find room 703 in this huge residential complex. Kind local people helped me, who also spent half an hour of their time searching. Well, the last thing - one of the towels that was given out was visually clean, but it smelled very unpleasant. And also the sheet had some stains. And in general, during the 4 days of my stay, my room was never cleaned. For me this is not critical, but in general I think that there should have been a replacement of towels and toilet paper. But despite the not the most flattering review, I would still return to this hotel, since it has a very convenient location and not the highest price.
