Ziyougang Holiday Hotel

I was really disappointed, when I arrived the “hotel”. Because, it’s not a hotel, it’s a service apar**ent. At the first I had a little discussion, because I thought the taxi driver drove me to the wrong place. At the pictures from the description, there was a nice hotel, but he dropped me off at a apar**ent building. Than I could not find the front desk. I also couldn’t find any information how to check in. So I called the receptionist. But he could not speak English. So he also couldn’t say where to go. After a while I finally found the front desk, in the second building, second floor and room number 8. But also there was no hint, that this is the front desk. Than I find out, that I don’t have a room in a hotel. Really bad surprise. I also asked the guy, if they have room service oder others, after a while and with the help from a translation app, he said that they don’t have any service. It’s just a apar**ent. Than I got The room card and searched for the room. It was in another building, so I also had to search for that. The elevator is super slow and you really need wait long until you get one. The building and also the room was really clean. But the room had a bad smell. Also the fridge smells horrible. But I don’t understand the room concept. It’s for 4 people. So we have 2 bed, this was ok. But we only have 2 chairs and a small dinner table. And at the balcony is only one chair and a much smaller table. So also when you sleep in the room, you can’t spend time together. Also the bathtub on the balcony makes not much sense. The neighbors from the other apar**ents have a free view to your balcony. So no privacy. Who will use it? The pool area was nice, specially for small kids, because it’s really not deep. But there could be more places to stay around. This was definitely not enough for this amount on people who lives there. The beach in the front is very dirty and not prepared for visitors. I checked out before my departure date. I went to a real hotel, where I can have a breakfast, a drink and some restaurants nearby.
