除了設施有點陳舊以外其他都很好，但在大過年的2百多塊錢以很便宜了，衞生很好，交通便利，餐飲很方便，走3分鐘到商品街！性價比很高的酒店！

地段不錯，位於市中心。旁邊有個大型商場。出行幾百米就有公交站，到哪兒去都方便。就是設施有些老舊，尤其是酒店的水龍頭，水花四濺，使用時要小心一點。在三亞市區這樣的價位也算是比較便宜了。給個四分吧。

酒店地處購物廣場旁，算是熱鬧的區域，不過晚上沒什麼人氣，很安靜。設施一般，都是早期的，衞生也一般。服務沒啥特別的，也一般。總之應該不會選擇第二次入住了。
