Large and welcoming suite. Aesthetically very beautiful and modern, also located in a strategic position given its proximity to the center of Thira. If I had to find faults I would say that: certainly for the price offered I would have expected a mini bar with drinks (or at least water) inside, but it was empty. the breakfast that could be had at the blue suites cost 10 euros per person, and for the price they offered absolutely nothing except some sausages and a few slices of bread…not even a rusk. Furthermore, the blue suites hotel, when we found ourselves having to wait for the arrival of the driver to return to the airport, in the hours that we had to spend at the hotel swimming pool told us that they did not have bar service….So no water for hours. What can I say…a beautiful and certainly modern place, but with some flaws to be considered a 4-star hotel and room rental!

Very disappointed with this sequel. First of all we arrived at 2 p.m. as the person asked us. We waited 30 minutes before she informed us that we had to collect the keys from another hotel (except on the reservation, it did not tell us.) We arrived in the suite at 3 p.m., an hour later and we we realized that the jaccuzi was cold. We tried to call but no one picked up. We then returned to where we collected the keys, the person told us that a technician would arrive within 10 minutes and that we did not need to wait. We went out for 1h30 and when we came back at 5pm we realized that it was still cold and that he hadn't come. We then decided to go back to see the person who told us again that he would come within 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, he solves the problem and tells us that the jaccuzi will be hot 2 hours later, around 8 p.m. We have just returned, it is 10:43 p.m. and the jaccuzi is cold. Very disappointed. First of all because when you pay a room at 150€ per night without breakfast you expect at least to have what is indicated and in addition because the service is unacceptable. Very far from being a sequel, I strongly advise against it.

Paguei para ficar aqui alojada. Mas, quando estava prestes a entrar no voo de Atenas para Santorini, fui informada pela administração que o alojamento pago não estava disponível. Alegaram que tinham um problema de canalização e propuseram-me ficar num outro alojamento fora da vila. Tive que aceitar para não correr o sério risco de ficar desalojada e sem o dinheiro que paguei. Alojaram-me num apartamento luxuoso mas muito longe de tudo, do qual só se chega a Fira de carro, e sem as características que mais valorizei no que efetivamente paguei. Os donos do alojamento moram na mesma casa, ficando o alojamento separado do seu domicílio apenas por uma porta interior, ouvindo-se tudo de um lado para o outro. Como se não bastasse, havia uma pequena câmara de vigilância ligada no interior do alojamento! Felizmente, apercebi-me a tempo e subi a um banco para a alcançar e desligar. Quando fui verificar as imagens de satelite e street view do Google maps, para meu grande espanto, percebi que o suposto alojamento anunciado não pode sequer ficar na localização indicada, visto que as fachadas dos edifícios aí existentes são totalmente incompatíveis com as fotos apresentadas no Booking. O Booking, perante as evidências, tentou recuperar o meu dinheiro, mas informou-me que os proprietários se recusaram a fazer a devolução. Só mais tarde, verifiquei que há outros casos muito semelhantes, relatados nestas críticas. Não será coincidência... ou será que a canalização só avaria quando os hóspedes estão prestes a chegar? As minhas férias ficaram quase totalmente arruinadas. Sinto-me burlada.
