Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel.
I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask ******* for a refund the third.

Great location .. fantastic breakfast and staff are very helpful with early and late check out !! Ideal location !!! Parking , wonderful outdoor courtyard .. walking distance to shopping and restaurants …

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

I loved this place. Excellent shower, bed & breakfast. The personnel, starting with Tony, the manager, make you feel like you’re at home. The location cannot be better, near the metro & Costanera Center. Super quiet street. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was cozy and has nice decoration. The room was clean and had all the required amenities. I absolutely loved the bed! It was super comfortable. The location is a residential area, we appreciated that because we did not want any city noise. They brought the breakfast to the room, it had variety and we liked it. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some questions. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of restaurants, bars and such right nearby, but the area is nice to go for a walk. Overall, a good experience.

Bom Hotel. Hotel fica bem localizado no bairro de Providência, na esquina têm pizzaria, hamburgueria e uma cafeteria.. todas muito boa e ao lado do hotel. Os quartos são pequenos mas nada que seja desconfortável. Possui um armário grande, cama confortável, banheiro bom com chuveiro super quente. Serviço de limpeza funciona super bem. O atendimento doa funcionários é excelente. Café da manhã bem servido… a partir das 7:30. Como tínhamos passeios que saiam antes das 7:30, o hotel disponibilizou um box de lanche para levar que continha: (dois sanduíches, fruta e suco). Levem dólar para pagar a estadia e assim não pagar o IVA.

Un hermoso y pequeño hotel en providencia, muy cómodo, en pareja nuestra habitación era pequeña pero muy práctica y nos encantó. Es un hotel pequeño, pero eso le da un toque discreto y un trato muy profesional y cercano. Desayuno buffet bastante rico y con gran variedad de postres. Muy cercano a lugares de interés.
