Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées durant toute la durée du séjour. La porte de la douche était absente. 
Pas d’eau chaude . Des petites taches sur les draps.
En somme, le voyage était moyen

Room: Clean with nice bed. Aircon did not work, and even that we notified the staff, nothing was done to fix it. Bathroom: Only hot water in 2 out of 7 days. Rest of the days we had cold showers. WiFi: OK Restaurant: Breakfast was very poor. Buffet was not refilled and there was lot of empty plates on the buffet most of the time. So even that we have the breakfast included in the room payment, we had to go to another restaurant near by, to get some decent breakfast instead of just cake. That happened 3 mornings. Staff: Ignorant. Didn't care. Room and food was all pre-paid, so why bother about the wellbeing of the guests?

Not a good place to be in Sal. The water comes and goes. The breakfast is poor. The Hotel is in a bad neighbourhood where you don’t feel safe. If you are going to Sal, choose another hotel. This is not a place to have a nice vacation. Every room have some issues, and the management do nothing to fix it.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 10 nights in June, and everything was just perfect. The room was spotless clean, staff was just amazing, very good location close to the beach, and price very good.

Super clean hotel with the most amazing staff. Breakfast didnt have a lot of vegetarian options but it was okay. The hotel is situated in a local area which was amazing. Thank you for making our stay amazing! Hope to see you again in the future! 3 girls from Holland :)

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in a short space of time and we will definitely be back. The hotel has nice clean rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. Hotel centrally located and familiar. MR Rau was in the house :-)

Very nice small and friendly hotel. Everything looks clean and new. Calm and quiet. Very good breakfast. Near to everything. Only negative thing is that they allow smokers to smoke around the pool. Not very nice for us nonsmokers
