The Hyatt Hotel in Santa Clara is very convenient to park on the side of the road. There is a large parking lot. The environment of the hotel is also good, the sanitation is not bad, and the service attitude of the hotel is also quite good

Did not let us have connecting rooms, gave away adjoining rooms to other single room guests even though I confirmed the adjoining rooms the day prior. Was such a hassle for our family with two children.

For how expensive this hotel is… you think they’d offer toilet paper that isn’t paper thin. No wash clothes provided in the rooms. The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing.
The rooms were very basic and a little outdated.
The staff was friendly …the bar was nice.
And the location is great.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel itself. The service was great. Just wished a store was open later and parking didn't cost so much.
