Everything about this stay was enjoyable! I was very warmly received and the communication at the front desk was superb. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a business traveler. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the heart of Downtown SB and the waterfront.

Check in was awkward. The receptionist could not find our reservation. We let him know we had a service animal with us and showed him the papers but he seemed disinterested. We walked along the property and the walkway was poorly patched and my husband tripped and sliced his hand open. I don’t know how that passed safety inspections.
Otherwise, the hotel is very clean, spotless, and in a perfect location.

We loved our stay! The price was right and the location was stellar. They had bikes for rent, with the first two hours free. The room was clean, comfortable and the soaps smelled lovely. They weren’t too strong for the scent, but so nice. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come again!

When we first arrived I thought the inn was quaint. The room was small but looked clean. Later as we had to stay inside due to rain the tv wouldn’t work and wifi was spotty at best. When we went to bed we discovered hair on the sheets and all over the bathroom floor. I didn’t seem very clean. We could hear the conversation in the room next to us word for word. The room was very stuffy and the ac and fan wouldn’t turn on. Finally in the morning I was looking forward to a nice cup of coffee only to discover the small in room machine just pushed out hot water. The pod feature was broken.
Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Got upgraded to a suite upon check-in which was great. Staff were friendly. Many restaurants nearby.
My room was on ground floor and I could hear the person upstairs a little bit (but nothing too bad). Wifi was flaky a couple days of my stay.

This is a wonderful hotel! All the staff are helpful, responsive, and pleasant; the parking lot is well lit; and the rooms are scrupulously clean. I'll definitely be staying here again!
