The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

Amazing hotel with the best service ever. The room is bright, update and exceptionally clean with everything working. The maid service is daily and they replenish the mini bar every 3 days (free). The view from our sea view (panoramic) room is simply the best. People pay in excess of 150 euro each for a table at Cafe Mambo to watch the sun set, here you can watch it from your room, balcony or the amazing roof top bar. The pool area is immaculate and you are never without a drink. The food is beautiful and plenty to choose from. We will be back…….. 11/10

I would recommend this hotel as it has a lot of different locations for the day to sunbathe. If you want it lively or a bit more quieter it has a lot to offer. The cocktails are pretty good for an all inclusive hotel too. In the evening though I feeel the bar could have a few more staff as we did wait. While for drinks and some were bit that great. Maybe signature level would be better for this I don’t know and the bar area could do with being a bit more a**ospheric at night but overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was perfect, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Rosy and Valeria our butlers for the week who helped sort out all our needs and questions. The restaurants on site were delightful and we upgraded to the signature level which included dine out and every restaurant we went to were lovely. 10/10 would recommend the signature level, well worth the extra money.

Had a very relaxing time at the TRS, some minor issues with reception and the bar near to reception, but these aside , the food in the main restaurant was excellent as were the staff, the room was spotless and the bed was comfy. We were woke at 4 am by neighbours coming in after a night out 3 nights running . The view from the roof top terrace was amazing, we missed the DJ on Friday , Saturday and Sunday . We will be back , thanks for looking after us

Could be a great hotel, but by having signature level (black band) you made to feel less important, not a nice feeling for an expensive Hotel

This is the third time I have been to this hotel. I first went in 2022, then in 2023 and now in May 2024. The hotel itself is beautiful but it has really gone downhill since I last visited. The staff and service are nowhere near as helpful, accommodating and friendly as they used to be - there is also clearly not enough of them. We found the reception staff at check in to be quite rude which was disappointing given we had just arrived. The food quality and variety in the buffet restaurant also no longer has the wow factor that it previously did. Don’t get me wrong, we had some nice meals but they seemed to repeat very similar dishes each day and it lacked the variety that it used to have. I also noticed that instead of serving each drink (esp cocktails) in a different glass, with a nice garnish (like they used to do), all drinks were instead being served in the same plastic tumblers. Again, no huge issue but further reduces the quality feel that it used to have. Overall, my third experience of this hotel was by far the least impressive and I hope that the hotel management put steps in place to improve things as it would be a shame for this hotel to continue to go downhill. I’m not sure I’ll rush back again.

Great stay start to finish. Staff were amazing, as was the quality of the food and all of cocktails/drinks. Would highly recommend.
