We were there for business for 5 nights. Check in was great and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was free and amazing. The beds were comfortable. It was in a very safe area with access to plenty of food and groceries within walking distance. Unfortunately, when we arrived 1 of the 2 elevators was down which made getting to the 7th floor take forever because they were always booked solid. Then, the only working elevator went down so i had to haul more than 100 pounds of business supplies up 7 flights of stairs that are normal kept in a sort of wagon for transport. Luckily another guest assisted. In the morning it was still down so it took multiple trips up and down the stairs. The final night the ac started making awful sounds and a burning smell so we had to turn it off. It was a sweltering night with warm, stale air. When we checked out and informed them about the ac, the guys only reply was that they were going to replace all the units on that floor and we were welcome to a free bottle of water. If they didn't have so many problems, they would be a great hotel, but i generally travel 2 weeks out of the month and its going on my list of hotels not to book again. They never did fix the second elevator in the five nights i was there. Apparently one night the only elevator went down again and the fire department had to get a guest out. I was already in my room by that time, but still the other elevator remains down. There are other hotels in the area.
