After checking out, I found that I left my sunglasses at the hotel when I arrived at the airport. It took less than an hour. I called back and they said I had to fill out a form and wait for a reply. After waiting for two days, they said that lost property was outsourced to other companies. I have stayed in so many hotels and have never heard of such a thing. The hotel did not even fulfill its most basic responsibility. Bad review!!!

Near Airport for San Jose. GOOD Location. But one side Room near the main road. Very nosiy.

Perfect for an overnight stay for local events. We had a club floor room and was a great experience all around.

$30 parking fee right off the bat! Parking was horribly tight. Good luck if you have a nice car. Before I arrived at my room, the carpets had a lot of stuff on them like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. I had to shower in very cold water because it barely heated up, no matter how long I ran it. Dirty glasses were left on the table in the lobby when I walked through at 7:AM! Very dissatisfied.

Great hotel. Only negative was that the main steak restaurant has been closed.

The hotel is large and will hold large events. The rooms are also large and have small balconies. However, the facilities and equipment are very old. It is relatively close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes.

Great service, large conference center, good restaurant, airport shuttle, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. And the warm cookie on check-in. Carpets are stained in the hallways and there is a smell as a result. Replacing carpets would be a great facelift. Very good room rates.

Horrible house cleaning, even after i talked to the staff twice and house cleaning still couldn't clean right. Black mold around the shower soap dish and bottom corner between wall and floor. Dirty wall and floor tile. The foldable chair in shower was dirty at the top left as it was in folded position.
