I came here last week and wanted to check in my room but their system was down so they could not check anyone in. It was 1 am and there was nothing they could do. I had to go find a hotel at 1AM... it was not fun and very stressful.

I don't know why the rating is so low. Although the facilities are a bit old, the induction lights, toiletries, large shower head, clean and tidy, and the price is not expensive. You can even book a nanny car to pick you up at the airport for free the next day. Such a simple but real hotel is rare in second-tier cities in the United States. This is my first review, and I can't bear to see the low rating.

The hotel room has a strong smell of *********, and there is no sense of security. WiFi rarely worked. Had room service one day in 4 night stay Bar/resteraunt was shut permanently. Felt unsafe throughout Bare electrical wires in room Room safes wouldn’t work Room keys failed 3 times in 4 days Not a good part of town Reception wait time regularly 30 mins Pantry is a joke Blinds don’t cover corridor lighting so difficult to sleep **** smell everywhere Pool area is a joke. Shower head leaks and sprays ceiling Sink cracked. Aligns more with motel 6 / red roof. Avoid at all costs.

I came in for a conference … went smoothly. The reason I writing this review is because of Star @ Front Desk. She was delightful and extremely helpful with transport at and logistics. Made me feel like she cared about my satisfaction and made the trip easier. Thank you

I stayed at the hotel on March 8th. I was harraassed by the staff multiple times by at least 5 calls for me to extend my stay from 8:30 to 10 am. The housekeeping manager banged on my door loud and was rude along with another staff knocking on my door at before 10 am. Of course, I was upset and was rude back because of the number of interpretation to my morning. As I was leaving, I dropped my unsmoke never lit cigarette not realizing it. Now, I'm being falsely accused of smoking in the room, which did not happen by the housekeeper manager who came to my room. She is singling me out and is not telling the truth because I didn't allow her to talk to me the way she did. I feel at this point this is discrimination. I did not smoke in the room and was allowed per front desk to stay till 12 pm. due to the interruption. There is no proof of what is being said besides an unsmoke cigarette, which you can see in the pictures was never lit. $310 for smoking fee in which, as seen on the reviews, people complaining about the rooms smelling like smoke. I will not pay for something I did not do especially when its a vendetta for the staff. I stayed 1 night and was harraassed on multiple occasions by multiple calls and 2 different employees coming to my door before my check out. And now I need to pay a total of $410. If I did smoke, I'd just leave it alone, but this is an upset staff making false accusations and will not pay for that. If anything, my whole night should have been free by the way I was treated. I will not let this go it is unfair not only was I being treated badly by the staff, but then they lied, and it's costing $310. I have stayed in lots of hotels as i enjoy traveling and have never had an issue before.

Would not recommend. Staff and transportation were great but hotel is very run down. Lobby bathrooms out of service, website said there was a restaurant and bar but it has been closed for a long time.

This place is a dump! The hotel is totally open to the outside and very insecure. Homeless encampment right outside the back gate. No restaurant or lounge as advertised. Restrooms in lobby permanently closed. Rooms are dingy and out dated. Dirty bathroom, cracked floors and furniture chipped. Staff very unfriendly and unresponsive to my complaints WiFi does not work, you can log in but it cuts out immediately. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. If I had not made a prepaid booking, I would have left immediately. I almost did.

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and updated. Property is a motel format (open hallways), so security is not what I normally want. Overall property, especially exterior, needs renovation. No food was available. The price was great for the area and there were no issues with my stay. Overall rating was low due to the outdated appearance and motel format (low security).

The room was very clean. However they haven’t updated the website to inform costumers that the grill and lounge are currently under repair and that breakfast was not an option as advertised. As I have been traveling I was looking forward to a decent meal. I would not have stayed at this location had I known the current restaurant status. If you are wanting food at your hotel, choose elsewhere.
