Had an issue with payment and receptionist was so unhelpful on the Sunday trying to double charge us for one night. Communication was terrible and she never explained that she was charging us for the room. The next day the receptionist changed and she was much more helpful and finally we received a refund. Overall okay stay just first day left a bad impression

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff were so friendly and the room huge and clean. The only downside we had was the amount of homeless and ********** in the road outside the hotel who were sometimes loud, we were advised to not walk the road at night and to never walk alone. The hotel was lovely though so if you can look past the people outside itβs worth it.

It was the best hotel for business trips. It's not particularly dangerous if you use it by car, but it can be a bit noisy, and the staff and breakfast facilities were satisfactory. Please refrain from booking through Trip.com!

The Hotel was extremely good. Super clean!! The staff very friendly, the breakfast was great and everything fresh and again, extremely clean! The area was not too good, but its ok. Will go again every time i travel to San Francisco!

Reviews on Yelp donβt do this place justice. Hotel is clean and staff was pleasant! Our view consisted of tents and transients but my boyfriend was entertaining himself but making up stories of what was going on down there lol so I rated it a 3 π
