One of the worst hotels ive stayed at, and for the price they charged - Bad customer service - Bad amenities for a 5* - Bad location, surrounded by homeless zombies on crack and urban decay - TV wasn't working in room - Staff were not friendly - Wrongly charged on credit card

Great experience at the hotel and enjoyed the stay there. It was great location too!

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

near by powell staion and cablecar. 24 open supermarket was good and find many business meeting or banquet were there and easy to.call uber/lyft

This one is located in the heart of the city, very close to the Fishermen’s wharf and Golden Gate Bridge. The breakfast is amazing, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

It was excellent! There is very close to Union square. It is so comfortable to move. Also, the room was very clean and all facilities were easy to use. When I visit San Francisco again, I hope to use this hotel. Thanks!

Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

Hilton union sq is always a good location and central. The hotel seems to have done thorough cleaning, the room I stayed is clean, more than I stayed before the pandemic, but it could just vary based on the room. Try to ask for upper floor. Not sure if tower 3 is for more higher end booking. If u can ask them to give you tower 3, recommend it

All in all stay was good customer service is outstanding

Very large hotel, which is pretty dated. Could do with some updating (like most big Hiltons). Be aware of a $25 daily fee added to your bill

A pleasant stay experience with Hilton San Francisco Union Square. Location wise is also convenient, you could also find amenities such as heated swimming pools and ice machine within the hotel. In terms of service, the front desk manage to arrange same tower and same floor since we were traveling as a group. The rooms is spacious and cozy and there’s an ironing board in the room too. Overall, a great place to stay in. If you drive or plans to drive, there are a lot of car rental companies just opposite the hotel as well.

Very decent hotel. Lucky enough to get upgrade to the top floor. Decent gym and room. Bed was comfy and clean.
