Kimpton Hotel Enso, an IHG Hotel

We really enjoyed this lovely hotel. The rooms were bright and super clean. We loved the Japanese-inspired bathrobes and the comfy window seat with nice city views. We really liked the decor in the rooms and lobby. There was plenty of storage, and a refrigerator to keep leftovers. The only downside is the fitness room, which is very basic. We enjoyed the location with close access to many shops and restaurants.

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown. I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing! I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out. In addition to the price is not cheap, the other are very satisfied, located in the city of San Francisco, near the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco, nearby Japanese restaurants and Japanese supermarkets are very convenient, taste is also very satisfied. The hotel's service attitude, environmental facilities and sanitary conditions are very satisfactory, and the facilities in the room are well equipped. Parking if parking in the downstairs of the hotel is $29 a night. I chose to stop at 8:00 pm on the second side of the street at the intersection above the hotel. There is an additional charge of USD 27 for other services per day.

The coffee machine is really the reason for the high evaluation of this place. There is a hot chocolate drink in it. It is really good in winter.

My now husband and I chose to stay here for our wedding weekend, and we couldn't have chosen a more romantic and charming place. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived (without warning) with several crates worth of wedding-related supplies, and their staff helped us bring it all up to our room. The rooms themselves are gorgeous and unique. Our room came with an amazing soaking tub that we enjoyed the morning of our wedding and best smelling toiletries we've ever found at a hotel. Despite the level of excitement we felt for our wedding we slept beautifully. The handsome writing desk was the perfect spot for us to write our thank you notes to our wedding vendors. Not sure why some reviews claim there isn't a breakfast? While the breakfast doesn't include hot items, the selection was great and of very high quality - fresh fruit, sandwiches, coffee, pastries, and we left happy and full. We look forward to returning for our anniversary someday!

Just what we needed in the city on the outside lands weekend. We were hospitably welcomed every time we stepped in the beautiful lobby. We were there for 4 nights and let me tell you we will be staying there again. Great showers, breakfast, decor and staff. Thank you all so much for being so welcoming to some out of Towners!
