I arrived on Saturday June 22 for a 4-night stay. I was informed that room would only be cleaned every other day, which would mean Monday. On returning Monday night the room had not been cleaned. I went to the desk to inquire why room was not cleaned and they of course had not idea. But they entered into the computer and assured me it would be cleaned on Tuesday. I had to go back to desk twice that night, once for clean towels and once for more coffee for in room brewer. When I returned Tuesday night the room had not been cleaned. I went to the desk to inquire why room was not cleaned and they of course had not idea. I told them that it was totally unacceptable that in my stay they had never bothered to clean the room. When I checked out on Wednesday asked to see the manager and he of course was not there, but they would leave a note for Brandon McMitchell, the manager, and he would contact me. Days after I got home, I received a request for a review. I promptly filled it out and told them how displeased I was with the dirty room I had in a very nice hotel. I received an email from Mr. McMitchell thanking me for my review and hoping I would stay there on my next visit. I emailed him back and told him he obviously had not read my review. I still have not heard back from Mr.McMitchell, or anyone else from this hotel concerning this matter. Pretty much what I expected from the way I was treated while I was there. I will NOT be staying here again on my next trip to San Diego.

Clean, spacious, lovely, top-notch. Friendly front desk. Large, free parking lot. Two elevators. Good signage. Comfortable beds. Clever low pull-out table big enough for two suitcases. Heavy closet and bathroom doors. Breakfast not included. Two muffins at the bar were $11. Coffee maker in room.

Valerie (front desk) is exceptional. Grounds were clean. I have a very expensive car and I had NO issues parking here (even though I parked on the street a few times because the spaces are so thin....people double park unfortunately). Only thumbs down is that its a stones throw away from a freeway lane and the AirForce base in less than 5 miles away (lots of helicopter sounds and aircraft in general).I really have nothing to complain about. I'll end this by saying again....Valerie was exceptional. Sweet. Friendly. Super cool reading glass frames. Very kind human being. Great lady.

The lady at the front desk has a very good service. She often smiles 😊 The environment is good, the room is large, the breakfast is varied and delicious. The attitude of the aunt who is doing hygiene is average. The room facilities I live in are small in the sewer. The bath water is so slow and slow. The bathtub is full of water while taking a bath. Then the toilet also saw it, and then changed a room, which was also a small sewer mouth, the bathtub was slow to walk, and the water was seen. Change rooms or change rooms from the second floor to the fifth floor, and an elevator was broken.

The quilt is too thin. It is a thin blanket with a white sheet inside. I accidentally touch this blanket. It feels dirty. The sound of turning on the air conditioner is very loud, so I did n’t turn on the air conditioner.

The hotel is very close to the road, very noisy, the rooms are small, and the bathroom is smaller. The advantage is that the hotel has breakfast. When booking one day in advance on Ctrip, it is indicated that the two rooms next to the first floor are required. It was given to the second floor of the two, and that ’s it.
