The service from the lady at the front desk is very good, she always has a smile on her face😊 The environment and sanitation are good, the room is large, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The attitude of the hygienist is mediocre. The room I live in has a small drain, and the bath water is kept very slowly. While taking a shower, the bathtub is full of water. Then the toilet was gone too, and then I changed to another room, the sewer was also small, the bathtub was running slowly, and there was no water. Change rooms or change from the second floor to the fifth floor, and an elevator is broken

It was safe, quiet, very clean and in excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Breakfast was not so great but it was complimentary.

We were surprised to know that the pool was under renovation at checkin. We are very disappointed because we chose this hotel for their pool. Neither were we told by ******* that the pool was under renovation!!

Giving this hotel 5 stars for these reasons - 24/7 coffee and tea and hot cocoa, clean facilities, big cozy comfy bed, quiet and thick walls, easy check in, free toiletries and strong water pressure in the shower.
