This is the second time we have booked this hotel only to be disappointed. On our first booking, we paid for a 1-bedroom suite (for my birthday) because we have 2 adults and 2 large dogs (advertised as a very pet-friendly hotel) and received a standard room with a curtain. We made it work. When booking the second time, we did receive a 1-bedroom suite (2 nights). We obviously have two large dogs, so we thought, How nice! We have the space needed, only to figure out there was some sort of electrical problem in the room! When trying to use the microwave, the breaker would trip, and we were unable to use the microwave at all! It is advertised as having a full kitchen, but it doesn't have a full kitchen. No stove! When I inquired at the front desk, I was told they have an induction cooktop!! With one pan, it takes a full kitchen to cook a meal! Upon departing and cleaning up, I tried running the dishwasher; it ran 1/2 a cycle and tripped the breaker!!! AGAIN!! So no microwave, no dishwasher—everything tripped the breaker. As we take one more look around, a floor lamp is plugged in and turned on—turned off by itself! This could have been a major catastrophe had an electrical fire occurred. Something to note as pet owners. No trash bags, soap, etc. Worst Stay Ever! Also since "we booked through a 3rd party " we were treated as beneath other guests "they couldnt really help since" we didnt book w/them directly.
